煉奶 1罐
消化餅 2小包(即4塊)
牛油 30克
香蕉 2隻
甜忌廉 適量
Method
1) 煉奶整罐(切勿打開)放入煲內加水,水要蓋過罐面,燉3小時,成為拖肥(Toffee)。
2) 消化餅打碎,加入已座溶的牛油,然後壓入模內,放入雪櫃冷藏約10分鐘。
3) 將拖肥倒入模內(約半罐),平均舖於消化餅上,再冷藏。
4) 將香蕉切成薄片,舖滿在拖肥上面。
5) 甜忌廉打至企身,然後唧花舖面即可。
Tips
煲煉奶後切忌立即開罐,因為罐內溫度非常高,小心灼傷。
