蛋 3隻
低脂奶 2/3杯
蜜糖 1/3杯
全麥麵粉(Whole wheat flour) 1 1/3杯
提子乾 1/4杯
蘋果(連皮切粒) 1個
Method
1. 蛋打勻,拌入低脂奶和蜜糖,倒入全麥麵粉,攪拌成粉漿。
2. 拌入提子乾及蘋果粒。
3. 燒熱易潔鑊,每次舀一湯匙粉漿於鑊中,逐塊煎成金黃色即成。
