好多人未必會諗到,原來魚露都可以攞黎煮雞翼,但係魚露同雞嘅味道都相當夾,大家可以試吓^^

急凍雞翼 1磅
蒜蓉 少許
薑蓉 少許
鹽 少許

汁料:
魚露 2湯匙
糖 2茶匙
紹酒 少許
Method
1. 先將雞翼完全解凍,洗好放在筲箕內,用少許鹽醃約30分鐘(要用筲箕等血水流水),30分鐘後用凍水沖洗雞翼抺乾。
2. 中火將蒜蓉及薑蓉爆香放入雞翼略煎,加少許酒(個人喜好鍾意用花雕酒),2湯匙魚露及2茶匙糖,再加1/3杯熱水兜好,待煮滾試味,如果味道ok就收慢火煮5分鐘即成。
