滑滑鮮奶燉蛋

鮮奶 2碗
雞蛋 2隻
糖 4湯匙
Method
1. 將鮮奶加熱但不要滾起。
2. 將雞蛋發勻。
3. 將雞蛋拌入已加熱的鮮奶並加入糖。
4. 搞勻後,用匙取走表面上的泡。
5. 蒸12分鐘即成。
Tips
蒸途中不要打開蓋,或可用錫紙封好
