雞蛋 1隻
糖 1湯匙
牛奶 220克

Method
1. 蛋放碗內打勻。
2. 加入糖打勻。
3. 倒入牛奶打勻。
4. 將所有拌勻的材料過篩倒入碗內,用匙羹去掉小氣泡。
5. 碗面包上錫紙,用中至大火蒸5分鐘,打開蓋排氣,再蓋上蓋蒸3分半鐘(依然是中至大火),熄火後焗一分鐘即可。
Tips
1. 用蒙牛鮮奶味道更濃郁,不過我今次用牛奶公司家庭奶,一樣ok。
2. 糖份量可以加減,隨你鐘意。
3. 我合共蒸了6分鐘,之後熄火焗的時間比較長。
