夏天胃口不太好,常常會食剩飯,利用剩飯整米布甸作為甜品,既環保亦可增進食慾,so good!
Ingredient and Portion
好立克 3湯匙
煉奶 4湯匙
熱水 100毫升
白飯 半碗
新鮮水果 適量
Seasoning
粟粉水:
粟粉 1湯匙
水 4湯匙
Method
1.把好立克、煉奶和熱水攪勻,倒入煲中。
2.加入白飯後拌勻,以慢火拌煮至滾。
3.逐少把粟粉水加入,煮成濃米粥狀。
4.待米粥稍涼後,用匙把米布甸放入威化杯中。
5.灑上糖粉,加上朱古力醬及水果裝飾即可。
Tips
1.加入粟粉水後,如煲內溫度過熱,米粥會粘底,宜用細火慢慢烹煮。
2.如用朱古力粉,會變成朱古力米布甸,可加入士多啤梨醬作調味及裝飾。
