鮮奶 125ml
雞蛋 1隻
麵粉 50g
牛油 1湯匙
Seasoning
鮮橙糖漿:
橙皮蓉 1茶匙
鮮橙汁 80ml(1-2個橙)
糖 70g
橙酒 1湯匙
Method
1.將鮮奶及蛋攪勻
2.篩好麵粉,慢慢將(1)倒入麵粉中攪至完全混和,然後加入牛油溶液
3.掃少許油於鍋底加熱,倒入班戟粉糊,用慢火煎至兩面微黃,然後摺成扇形待用
4.將鮮橙汁、橙皮蓉、橙酒及糖放入鍋中,慢火煮5分鐘,並不斷攪勻
5.放已煎好的扇形班戟入汁中,再用慢火煮半分鐘即可趁熱或雪凍享用
