想吃但怕肥,這份食譜一定為貪靚和為食的我而設。牛油分量不高,而且加入當時鮮草苺、零難度,弟兄姐妺、人地婆婆、爺爺一起動手啦~~~

Ingredient and Portion
草苺 6粒 (約130g)
低筋麵粉 140g
泡打粉 0.5茶匙
鹽 1/6茶匙
糖 25g
蛋 1隻
室溫牛奶 40ml
牛油 40g
Method
1. 預熱焗爐180度10分鐘
2. 草莓切粒備用
3. 低筋麵粉過篩一次備用
4. 牛奶及蛋混合備用
5. 先將低筋麵粉、糖、鹽及泡打粉混合
6. 加入牛油攪拌,再加入牛奶及蛋
7. 最後加入草苺粒然後分成三至四件
8. 焗30分鐘便可完成

Tips
小記: 每個焗爐火力略有偏差,用竹籤刺入冇濕粉狀已是全熟。而且草莓份量勿過多,
原因草莓汁在烤爐間會不繼溶化汁液、太多會阻外成品完成之時間。
