鱈卵明太子 20g   
紫蘇葉 1片   
醤油 1滴
Method
1.先把三文魚刺身切成約闊1cm、長5cm。
2.伴以鱈卵明太子。
3.加入一至兩滴醬油再拌勻。
4.先舖紫蘇葉再盛碟 。
