唔知大家有冇食過鹽焗烏頭呢?你又識唔識整呢?
Ingredient and Portion
烏頭魚 1條
粗鹽 1碗
薑 3片
青檸 1個
錫紙 1張
Seasoning
鹽 適量
Method
1) 烏頭魚洗淨,抹乾水份。
2) 青檸搾汁,淋上魚身;薑片放入魚肚內。
3) 用1/3粗鹽鋪在錫紙上(依魚身之長度鋪好),放上烏頭,拉起兩旁錫紙,將餘下的粗鹽蓋在整條烏頭上,摺實錫紙包好,放在焗盆上。
4) 預熱焗爐至攝氏250度,放入烏頭焗25分鐘,取出去皮,掃去鹽粒,即可進食。
Tips
烘焗時不要去皮,魚鱗亦不用刮走。
