粗鹽 300g
Method
1.將鹽放在鑊底再放上黃油蟹(底向上)
2.開慢火焗5分鐘,轉大火10分鐘,最後慢火5分鐘
Tips
1.焗蟹要視乎蟹既體積,如果蟹細,焗蟹時間都應該縮短.
