基本蛋液:
蛋 174g
白糖 54g
牛奶 360g
忌廉 72g
雲尼拿油 適量
其他材料:
麵包 150-200g
無鹽牛油 適量
提子乾 30g
Method
1.製作蛋汁: 把所有材料混合
2.瀝乾提子乾的水分
3.把麵包撕開成塊狀,稍微交錯地排在塗上牛油的耐熱容器裏
4.倒入適量的蛋汁,撤上提子乾,靜置約5分鐘使其融合後,用攝氏150度的焗爐焗30分鐘。
Tips
1.把提子乾壓在底用比較美觀
2.如喜歡奶味濃點,可用200g忌廉+160g牛奶
3.要多留意布丁的表面,若發現表面出現焦色,便可加錫紙,防止其出現過分焦黑的情況
