豬軟骨雖不是容易買到的材料,但卻是可以很多變化的材料,如用上中式麵醬去炆煮,可以很惹味的啊!
Ingredient and Portion
急凍豬軟骨 2磅
麵醬 3湯匙
磨豉醬 2湯匙
冰糖 適量
紹酒 1湯匙
水 適量
Method
1. 燒熱一鍋水,下豬軟骨煮半小時,瀝乾。
2. 燒熱少許油,下豬軟骨炒一會,饌酒。
3. 加入其他調味,炆煮2小時即成。
