蝦球 250克
雞蛋 4隻
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
生抽 半湯匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 蝦球加入糖和1茶匙生抽拌匀,然後放進熱油中泡熟,撈起。
2. 雞蛋加入鹽、半湯匙生抽、麻油及胡椒粉攪打均匀。
3. 燒热2湯匙油,倒入蛋液用小火煎至半凝固,放入蝦仁略煎一煎即可上碟。
Tips
蛋一定要煎得又滑又嫩才好吃,所以要留意火候控制,避免將蛋煎老。
