有時食瓜食菜食到厭,就會炒芽菜,加d木耳黎炒,更加爽口,而且健康,如果想有d肉味,可以加埋火腿絲
Ingredient and Portion
黑木耳 1朵
銀芽 半斤
薑 1片
Seasoning
雞粉 適量
Method
1.木耳用溫水浸軟,切絲或細片
2.放少許油起鑊,加薑爆香
3.銀芽瀝乾水先放落鑊,炒至半熟再加入木耳
4.大約炒5分鐘,加雞粉調味即可
Tips
1.芽菜會出水,炒到一半可以倒走d水先再炒
2.木耳輕輕炒下就食得,可以到芽菜軟身先落
