銀芽 半斤

雞粉 適量
Method
1.木耳用溫水浸軟,切絲或細片
2.放少許油起鑊,加薑爆香
3.銀芽瀝乾水先放落鑊,炒至半熟再加入木耳
4.大約炒5分鐘,加雞粉調味即可
Tips
1.芽菜會出水,炒到一半可以倒走d水先再炒
2.木耳輕輕炒下就食得,可以到芽菜軟身先落
