沙朗素牛扒 1包(附有黑椒汁)
西蘭花 2個
三色椒 各1個
Seasoning
茄汁 適量
Method
1. 首先將沙朗牛扒解凍然後切粒。
2. 預熱煎Pan,放下牛柳粒炒至甘香。
3. 把牛扒附送的黑椒汁用滾水開一開,加入適量茄汁以減低辣度。
4. 把汁料倒進煎Pan再加入西蘭花炒至甘香即成。
