朱古力&牛奶饅頭卷

麵粉 400g
糖 70g
酵母粉 4g
梳打粉 0.5茶匙
牛奶 180ml
可可粉 1杯
Method
1. 用3茶匙的暖水溶掉酵母粉和糖,備用
2. 將麵粉、酵母水、梳打粉、可可粉混在一起搓成朱古力味光滑麵糰
3. 另一個將麵粉、酵母水、梳打粉、可可粉和牛奶混在一起搓成原味光滑麵糰
4. 麵糰靜置45分鐘發酵
4. 把兩個麵糰桿成兩個差不多大小的約1CM厚的長方形
5. 把它們重叠後輕輕圈緊
6. 把麵糰切成8等份後再發酵15分鐘
7. 鍋中水滾後,用中火蒸大概15分鐘
Tips
關火後先等5分鐘再打開蓋,饅頭表面就不會有皺紋
