馬蹄粉40g
粘米粉10g
水250ml
砂糖10g
菜油適量
Method
1. 把黑芝麻用白鑊炒香
2. 把黑芝麻用石磨磨碎
3. 把磨碎的黑芝麻加入馬蹄粉、粘米粉、水和砂糖拌勻
4. 在蒸盤倒入一些菜油及塗勻
5. 把粉漿倒入蒸盤
6. 用大火隔水蒸8分鐘
7. 放涼一會後捲起及切件便完成
