黑芝麻 適量
Method
1.番薯連皮洗淨,需要時用刷子協助刷去泥土。
2.鑊中燒滾水,放入番薯,蓋上燜大約30分鐘至差不多乾水。
3.進食時,把番薯切開,灑上適量黑芝麻。

Tips
1.黑芝麻有分生熟,如果買了生的,要經過白鑊熱炒或烤焗才可食用,嚐到有甘香,表示已經烤熟。
2.洗淨的番薯可以連皮食用。
