市面上的黑芝麻雪糕大多數香精味重,沒有黑芝麻的香味,如果在家裏自己做,味道由自己控制,完全沒有任何添加劑,食得安全又放心!

Ingredient and Portion
忌廉 800ml
煉奶 150ml
黑芝麻 1.5杯
糖 20g
Method
1. 將黑芝麻用小火炒香後打成碎粉,放涼備用
2. 把忌廉打起
3. 加入煉奶、糖及黑芝麻後用刮刀拌匀
4. 放入雪櫃將45分鐘後拎出再打1分鐘
5. 重複2-3次步驟4後雪過夜或6小時後即成
Tips
1. 如果嫌麻煩的話可以用黑芝麻粉,但不會那麽香!
