想有鴨腎的口感,但又怕膽固醇的朋友,這味齋鴨腎就適合你了!可當小吃,又可以作為正餐,簡單又易做。
Ingredient and Portion
(一)麵筋二斤
Seasoning
(一)醬油2/3 杯
(二)糖四湯羹
(三)麻油一茶匙
(四)蒜二粒拍爛
(五)胡椒粉1/4 茶匙
(六)豆瓣醬一湯羹(可有可無)
(七)水2/3 杯
Method
(一)麵筋切粒,白鑊炒過,鏟起留用。

(二)再用油二湯羹,將蒜肉爆香,加入麵筋及調味,用慢火炒至乾水份。

(三)即用筲箕盛載置於陽光下,曝晒或用油鑊炸三分鐘。
