Defrost puff pastry. Roll puff pastry to a 2 1/2" thick rectangle.
Sprinkle 2/3 ground Edam onto the puff pastry. Then sprinkle paprika onto the puff. Fold the puff pastry in half and roll it out slightly. Sprinkle remaining ground Edam and paprika on puff pastry. Fold the puff pastry into half and roll it out slightly again.
Cut the puff pastry into 5 strips. Twist each strips to shapes like a rope.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit (Gas No 3). Bake for 25-30 minutes.
