Ingredient and Portion
材料:
牛奶 110克
麵粉20克
牛油 10克
砂糖 25克
蛋黃2隻
呍呢拿香油數滴
蛋白4隻
砂糖25克
藍莓醬材料:
藍莓100g
糖25g
水 3 tablespoons
檸檬汁 數滴
Method
做法 :
1. 將牛奶、砂糖、牛油煮溶
2. 篩入麵粉
3. 加入蛋黃攪勻
4. 打至企身,成蛋白漿
5. 將蛋黃漿加入蛋白漿內
6. 焗杯內搽上牛油,上糖
7. 用膠刮或匙羹將表面掃平
8. 放低架 Put Low Rack
9. 180℃-190℃焗15-16分鐘即成
在等梳乎厘焗的同時可以處理藍莓醬
1. 用小鍋開細火加入水,糖,藍莓,檸檬汁
2. 途中不停把藍莓壓爛,直至完全煮熔為止
