1. Cook 3 cups of rice in a rice cooker.
2. Meanwhile, cut out ears, eyes, nose, and back for the Pandas using seaweed.
3. After the rice is cooked, leave to cool for 20 minutes and then add sushi vinegar. Mix.
4. Shape the rice into balls using your hands. In each ball put in a tablespoon of Japanese salmon flakes mixed with spring onion bits.
5. Arrange the seaweed on the Pandas and serve immediately
