Soak glutinous rice in water for 4 hours, wash and drain, then combine with 1 tbsp of light soya sauce.
Mince pork and place in large bowl, combine with 4 tbsp light soya sauce, sugar, cornstarch, green onions and water chestnuts. Stir until well combined.
Shape meat into balls of desired size, lightly roll pork balls over glutinous rice to coat evenly. Place balls on plate, and steam for 30 minutes, then serve.
