1.Wash glutinous rice,then soak glutinous rice in water combined with chicken cube for 2 hours. Drain well, then cook for about 30 minutes.
2.Cut mushroom, bamboo shoots, preserved sausages and meat into dices. Dice also scallions and dried shrimps.
3.Heat oil, fry scallions, preserved vegetables, meat, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and dried shrimps until fragrant, the add in seasonings and stir well. Put in steamed glutinous rice and fry well, add in salt and light soya sauce and stir until combined evenly, and and place in deep bowl.
4.Remove cover of crab, remove internal organs and wash clean. Cut into 4 pcs each, and place on top of glutinous rice. Place the whole of the bowl over boiling water and stea, for about 15 minutes.
