Rinse ribs well, wipe dry, and cut into lengths of about 1 inch long.
heat oil in clay pot, fry garlic and chu hau sauce, add in ribs and fry well. Add in dark soya sauce, sugar and stoack, andsimmer over medium heat, covered, for about 25 minutes. Add in sesame oil.
Take out ribs and place on serving plate, the thicken sauce with cornstarch solution in clay pot. Pour sacue over ribs and serve.
