我發覺係街食的酸辣湯唔係唔夠酸就係唔夠辣,總係味道唔係咁啱自己,咁啱有次睇電視教整酸辣湯,我見好容易咁,就試下整,估唔到第一次整味道都唔錯,而且呢個湯係一位營養師教的,應該都唔會好肥啩,鍾意飲酸辣湯的朋友可以一試呀!!

木耳絲 拿一大束
冬菇片 約半碗
雞柳 3條
粉絲 半束
馬蹄粉 1湯匙
Seasoning
豆瓣醬 1至2湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
麻油 少許
陳醋 3至4湯匙
雞湯味濃湯寶 半盒
Method
1. 將木耳絲、冬菇片、 粉絲 用水浸軟, 瀝乾備用。
2. 將雞柳洗淨及切成絲,備用。
3. 用馬蹄粉用少許水開好, 備用 。(用時要再攪一攪d粉, 免沉底)
4. 將約500ml 水(或3碗水) + 濃湯寶先行煲滾,再將雞柳及其它材料放入, 再次滾起後加入調味料。
5. 將預先開好的馬蹄粉水, 慢慢加入湯中(其間要一路攪住d湯), 再次滾起即可關火。
Tips
1. 如唔食得辣,豆瓣醬可減至1湯匙,鍾意食酸d,陳醋可落多d,要自行試味,才知邊個味啱自己!
2. 木耳絲同冬菇片都可以係超市買到,整起嚟方便好多,又唔使切,只需浸洗就可用!
