  1. “DBS Credit Cards Present: The Best Asian Food Fiesta 2020- Table Booking With Prepaid Menu Set” (“Promotion”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding DBS Black American Express® Card, Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary cardholders.
  2. The Promotion period runs from 28 September 2020 to 30 November 2020, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). All Offers, except those with specific dates, are applicable within the Promotion Period only.
  3. The Dining period runs from 28 September 2020 to 30 November 2020, both dates inclusive (“Dining Period”). Table Booking With Prepaid Menu Set is only applicable during the Dining period.
  4. To enjoy the following offers( “Offer”), Cardholders must participate Table Booking With Prepaid Menu Set at designated restaurants through OpenRice webpage/ mobile APP (“Merchant”) and settle full payment with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period:

  5. The special menu is for 1 pax only, restaurants will charge at original price for extra diner.

  8. The Offer(s) are first-come-first-served and available while stocks last. Any change of the Offer(s) will be subject to availability at the time of patronage.

The Offer(s) are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products , services or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, gifts, vouchers, coupons, cash coupons, meeting offer, membership or VIP benefits, cards or bonus point programs of the designated restaurants (if applicable).
  10. The Lunch/Dinner Set booked via the Table Booking With Prepaid Menu Set can be used within valid Dining Period once only and is non-refundable.
  11. The Bank and the Merchant are not responsible for any delays, loss, errors or inability to identify information submitted by Cardholders due to technical problems such as computer or internet. All data is subject to the merchant’s system records and the Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to make the final decision.
  12. Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank and Merchant are not the supplier of the products and/or services provided by the designated restaurants under or in connection with the Offer(s). The Bank and the Merchant shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products and/or services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the designated restaurants, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Promotion or in making available the products and/or services under the Promotion, by the designated restaurants, their respective employees, officers or agents.
  13. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  14. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank, the Merchant, and the designated restaurants shall be final. Cardholders are required to present the relevant original sales receipts, credit card sale slips and/or related supporting documents for further investigation by the Bank. All submitted documents will not be returned.
  15. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

“DBS Credit Cards Present: The Best Asian Food Fiesta 2020- InstaRedeem Offer” Terms and Conditions (Revised version: extension of Promotion Period in clause 2 & extension of the usage period of InstaRedeem Offer in clause 5)

  1. “DBS Credit Cards Present: The Best Asian Food Fiesta 2020- InstaRedeem Offer” (“Promotion”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding DBS Black American Express® Card, Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary cardholders.

Cardholders can be entitled a HK$50 deduction (“Offer”) from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”), Offer is limited to the first 500 Eligible Transactions ; or
    2. Offer 2: Enjoy HK$70 instant discount upon HK$500 single spending. Cardholders can be entitled a HK$70 (“Offer”) deduction from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni, Offer is limited to the first 500 Eligible Transactions ; or
    3. Offer 3: Enjoy HK$120 instant discount upon HK$800 or above single spending. Cardholders can be entitled a HK$120 deduction (“Offer”) from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red “InstaRedeem” button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni , Offer is limited to the first 500 Eligible Transactions.
  4. Each DBS Omni account is entitled to above three Offers once during the entire promotion period. However, each Eligible Transaction can only enjoy one of the above three Offers.
  5. To be eligible to enjoy the Offer, Cardholders are required to install the DBS Omni and completely register an DBS Omni account, and turn on the notification in the menu of DBS Omni by selecting Setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transactions. Cardholders must enjoy the Offer by 14 December 2020 23:59 (HKT); otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offer on its own. The time for posting of transaction and displaying the transaction on DBS Omni Timeline will be depended on the merchant category, payment processing time of merchant or payment gateway.
  6. Each Offer is on first-come first-served basis until quota full.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions:
    1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    2. Any autopay, installment, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    3. Payment via eWallet (including but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay and WeChat Pay, except AlipayHK), all reloads of e-Wallet and Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;

  8. The InstaRedeem Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the offer of other InstaRedeem promotions of the Bank. If Cardholder's Eligible Transaction has already been rewarded in other InstaRedeem promotion, he/she can no longer receive the Offer from this Promotion. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  9. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  10. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  11. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.

“DBS Credit Cards Present: The Best Asian Food Fiesta 2020- The Grand Prize” Terms and Conditions (Revised version: extension of Promotion Period in clause 2)

  1. “DBS Credit Cards Present: The Best Asian Food Fiesta 2020- The Grand Prize” (“Promotion”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding DBS Black American Express® Card, Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary cardholders.
  2. The Promotion period runs from 28 September 2020 to 30 November 2020, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. The Dining period runs from 28 September 2020 to 30 November 2020, both dates inclusive (“Dining Period”).
  4. Cardholders are required to participate Table Booking With Prepaid Menu Set at designated restaurants through OpenRice webpage/ mobile APP (“Merchant”) with Applicable Credit Cards within the Promotion Period, and attended the maximum number of booking at designated restaurants will be entitled to one piece of Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy Con™ (“Prize”), there are only one winner for the Promotion. If there are more than one Cardholder meets the eligibility criteria, the winner will be determined by the maximum number of attended seats at the designated restaurants.
  5. The number of Table Booking with Prepaid Menu Set per person is not limited. The higher the number of attended reservations with Prepaid Menu Set during the Dining Period will have the higher chance of winning.
  6. All participants for this Promotion must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and must be OpenRice members with a valid registered phone number.
  7. The Prize result will be announced at campaign site within 2 months after the end of the entire Promotion period , besides, the Bank will notify the redemption details of the Prize to the winner by email via the email address registered in the Merchant’s record. Prize cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash, credit limit or other prizes. If any personal information provided is false or inaccurate, his/ her prize eligibility will be disqualified.
