The brand new Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau for 2015 is available now! With lots of surprise, all five 3-stars restaurants from 2014 remain their streaks and quality to sustain the 3 stars title. And there are quite a lot of come and go in the 1-star list, with some of the famous low entry local restaurants, such as the Yung Kee’s successor, Kam’s Roast Goose.

Excellent cuisine, worth a detour
Not many changes as well. Duddell’s, The Principal, Yan Toh Heen are leveraged from 1 star in last year to 2 stars now. And the Ah Yat Harbour View and Spoon by Alain Ducasse has been removed from the 2 stars group.

One Star
A very good restaurant in its category
Comparing with the 3-stars and 2-stars list, 1 star restaurants have a much fluctuated change, with 8 restaurants removed from the group, including Fook Lam Moon (Tsim Sha Tsui), Gold by Harlan Goldstein, Hong Zhou Restaurant, Hung’s delicacies(Closed), Il Milione, L’atro, Mirror(Closed), Tim’s Kitchen. Twelve restaurants are new on list, overwhelmed with French and contemporary gastronomy, and also highlighted the Kam’s Roast Goose which succeeded the famous Yung Kee.
