November passed by, we came for a second birthday celebration. Usually mochi waffles have mochi tucked inside the batter, here they put the mochi inside out, and shape them like a snowy blanket to cover the hojicha waffle mountains. Dinner: we shared a pasta and an all-day breakfast plate. Very thick and chewy handmade fettuccine cooked in an appetising spicy smoked tomato marinara sauce, paired with Australian wagyu beef cheek, mushrooms, cheese and green sprouts.

The all-day was a wholesome plate of smooth scrambled eggs with fragrant Japanese mushrooms stir fried in black truffle sauce; a mixed green salad drizzled in balsamic vinaigrette; slices of slow-cooked chicken breasts that had been pan-fried to crispy before being served; and a homemade sourdough toasts topped with double baked cheese.
Check out the rooftop garden right outside the restaurant, because Christmas trees have already been lit up and decorated.
