I revisited this restaurant again because I heard there is a new chef. They used to specialise in tasting menu before, now, with the new chef, they have more varieties on a la carte. Again, their food quality haven’t dropped a bit, even better, on the other hand, their dishes are keeping fushionable and creativity.Their alcoholic drinks are very rare, very unusual and will have a new experience after drinking them.I have tried the rainbow garden, crab soup, cuttlefish pappardelle, seafood risott

I have tried the rainbow garden, crab soup, cuttlefish pappardelle, seafood risotto, and American wagyu bison
Rainbow garden- avocado with crab meat topped with fresh vegetables, one word- fresh and tasty, unlike other salad, it quite fill up your stomach.
Crab soup-their soup uses 2 kg of crabs to make. No salt is added as the seawater crab is salty enough, strong crab flavour. Awesome.
Cuttlefish pappardelle- the wide noodle look- a -like is actually cuttlefish, very tasty and creative. The spice they used really bring up the appetite.
Seafood risotto- this is an amazing dish, they use sashimi as seafood, freshness and risotto is very yummy.
American wagyu bison- it is very difficult to find bison in Hong Kong, they will medium cook it, the flavour is not as strong as normal wagyu but it is quite tender as I wasn’t expected. I will recommend it.
ENVY is really a high quality restaurant even it is comparable to the starred restaurants. And the price you are paying is way worth eating this quality of food, I bet the hotel will charge 2 to 3 times more if serving this quality. I will still keep myself as a regular customers to them.
