Worth the time waiting for this traditional Spanish suckling pig dish 🐖. Crisp & filmsy piglet skin with a thin layer of melting fat, meat was so juicy and moist, amazingly seasoned. Side with smashed potatoes and veggies completed this cuisine flawlessly. A signature dish 🍽 highly recommended, and the portion was sooo huge

Speaking of food, Bos Vinci offers a wide range of Western dishes with colors of Asian cuisines 🥢 We ordered their signature Cochinillo as our main to share as their portion is pretty large and we wanted to try out more appetizers 😛 The suckling pig was crispy outside and tender inside served with a variety of veggies 🥕 This is defo a must-order item here 🤩
