Penthouse (已結業)

Tried a lunch menu in a NEW Penthouse restaurant with a similar look and environment.  They are still offering a 5 feet salad table with different varities which includes fresh salad, parma ham with melons, cheese etc.  Especially I like their 44c degree of slow cooked salmon which is very juicy and cooked in perfection.  Mocha is a bit disappointed and have room for improvment.  Overall it is a good deal with a semi-buffet lunch in CWB area!
