Followed my sweet potato filled heart to try their signature pancake :’) 🥑 Avocado Toast🥞 Sweet Potato Coconut Pancake To be honest this pancake did not taste like we expected because it was more chewy than soft 😢 still devoured it but wish it was more fluffy⭐️ Tip: we waited a really long time for the food so I recommend coming on a week day when there’s less people!

A vegan dessert that caught my attention straight away on the menu. No egg and dairy-free, the pancake is made with sweet potato, flour, soy milk, organic coconut sugar and egg substitutes. Absolutely adore the astonishing chewy texture of the pancake, it’s even better than the traditional ones and exceeding all of my expectations. The raspberry peanut butter is a genius accompaniment, bringing a subtle nutty savory flavor with a tiny hint of raspberry tartness that balance the sweetness of the caramelized banana and maple syrup. It’s a well-balanced delicious vegan dessert that cannot be missed!

Chia seed pudding with coconut milk presented in a young coconut, served with fresh passion fruit and some chewy little mulberries that brings an acidic balance. Even better if the coconut flesh remains in the coconut for scraping! 😆

A warm and soothing drink that brighten me up in the morning visually from its vibrant yellow and in the pungent fragrant taste of turmeric and light touch of cardamom.
