喜歡吉豬既朋友 有個開心大發現想分享٩(ᵔᗜᵔ*)و平時吉豬癮起都係去開Porker今次去左同樣坐落中環既低温揚げ白とんかつ白桜 @tonkatsuhakura 初開業我都有留意 但當時價位都頗高 午餐都要近500…午市近來竟然大幅減左價( Ꙭ)!最平200有交易 連週末都有今次分別試左吉列豬扒(HKD200)同吉列豬柳&特上吉列豬扒(HKD290)午餐基本包括左椰菜絲 湯 白飯/十六殼米我地升級左其中一個會額外有個牛奶麵豉醬配京都蔬菜同柚子雪芭餐廳以omakase格局咁有開放式廚房客人可以睇住日藉師傅一手一腳包辦每一個步驟落單後師傅先會立刻上炸粉拎去炸最後會係食客面前切開剛炸好既豬扒ɞ̴̶̷ ̫ ɞ̴̶̷今次一次過試到三款部位 CP值高到不行( ˃ ᵕ ˂ )餐廳最特別係以低溫油炸 效果的確同以往食既唔同炸衣會較淺色 食落十分鬆脆同零油膩感肉質上更能反映 一上菜見到肉汁仲浪下浪下就算咁厚 食落真心極軟嫩同多肉汁( ˶˙ᵕ˙˶ )豬柳會相對上最瘦 而特上豬扒係最多脂肪豬扒就係兩者中間 比較平衡食既時候配有兩款醬同四款鹽任君選擇唯一有少少糾結係唔夠香口 無種食完邪惡野既guilty pleasure lol但同時都難得食到尾聲都無咩膩既感覺 輕鬆完食.ᐟ✿#lastbitematters#lastbitematters_central✿

過咗中午繁忙時間,行過見到呢間主打低溫炸豬扒嘅舖頭,又諗唔到食乜嘢,所以入去試下之前係京都食過空蟬亭,係一間低溫炸豬扒嘅元祖,老實講自己冇覺得好驚艷,所以今次來試呢間亦都冇抱有好大期望價錢方面其實同丼吉差唔多,二百蚊一個套餐我要咗炸豬扒,因為個人覺得豬扒嘅口感比豬柳好,豬柳實在太淋,完全冇咬口佢之所以叫白櫻,係因為白色嘅麵包糠同埋櫻花色嘅豬肉豬扒食落有一股肉味,但唔算係豬嘅臭味,另外雖然麵包糠睇落白曬曬,好似冇炸過咁,不過咬落去香脆嘅,而且個炸衣好薄,亦都唔會同埋豬扒分離,成件事覺得食落去好輕盈,比起食當吉嗰類型嘅吉列豬扒,呢度畀你一個感覺就係食完冇咁大罪惡感朋友叫咗吉列豬扒咖哩飯,但係咖哩味完全蓋過曬豬扒本身嘅味道,亦都令到個炸衣完全唔脆,所以強烈建議淨係叫炸物,唔好配咖哩汁

Tonkatsu Hakura is Hong Kong’s first ever Tonkatsu specialty restaurant to introduce a low-temperature deep frying technique to ensure that the meat texture remains tender and melt-in-your-mouth. 🇯🇵🐷 Pic 1️⃣: 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐭 / 吉列豬柳 & 蝦膳 - $320 hkd 🐷🍤 — Loved the variety this set had to offer! This came with pork fillet katsu, fried shrimp, shrimp cream croquette and ground meat katsu. Each piece had its own unique element to it and was pretty delicious! The pork fillet was definitely a stand out for me, as this was incredibly tender and juicy, and the meat literally melted in my mouth. The batter was so light, giving it a nice crunch. The pork flavour was also rich, with the perfect distribution of meat to fat, and honestly didn’t require extra flavour from the various dipping sauces and salts they had to offer. The shrimp was unlike most I’ve had, the outside was just so airy and flaky, and the shrimp tasted really fresh too. Was definitely most excited to try shrimp cream croquette but was left slightly disappointed as it lacked flavour and was a bit more on the oily side. However, the ground meat katsu was really well seasoned and so fatty and juicy! Definitely recommend getting this set if you’re looking for a good balance of seafood and pork!Pic 2️⃣: 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮 / 吉列豬柳 & 特上吉列豬扒 - $310 hkd 🐖 — Apart from the delicious pork fillet, this also comes with 2 pieces of premium loin katsu which had a softer texture to it and slightly more fatty but very aromatic. This went so well with their signature tonkatsu sauce and also variety of flavoured salts.Pic 3️⃣&4️⃣: 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐞 / 味噌湯 & 椰菜 — Each set is served with miso soup, shredded cabbage and a bowl of white rice (not pictured) to go with your meal. My favourite is always the shredded cabbage on the side as this helps get rid of the greasiness from the pork and refreshes your palate nicely!Overall rating:😋Taste: Definitely a good spot to check out if you’re looking for a different tonkatsu experience. Food and service are both high quality.⭐️Would visit again?: Maybe! But definitely worth a try! 👍🏻
