又一个星期六，下班回家，到屋企楼下已经差不多下午两点。去到八方云集，见到张 poster不如就试试。﹝后来才知道已经不是新产品，都出左好耐，只系冇留意﹞ 有惊喜。喜的是回家后打开，发现饺子果然是如 poster般是绿色的。惊的是有几只饺子爆开左，都唔知系包装时已经这样，还是回家途中给撞到了也没有察觉到。田园蔬菜水饺水饺皮是加入了萝卜叶造成绿色面皮，是天然的绿。﹝起初有少少担心有怪味﹞味道没有很特别，和平常的白色皮一样。萝卜叶有丰富的维他命A和C。水饺内涵用了多种蔬菜，有高丽菜、红萝卜、黑木耳、及番薯。黑木耳有大量铁质，可以用来当源料制造血红素。整体味道是很 match 和 fresh 和很爽口。值得一试。紫菜鳕鱼丸汤鳕鱼丸汤是我的 favourite，非常弹牙有口感而且鲜味。不过，个汤只系滚水，我只系 enjoy 粒鱼丸。

八方云集的水饺和锅贴都是我的最爱。本人十分喜欢韮菜，所以一定会吃韮菜水饺，口感清爽，内涵不带半点油腻，猪肉味道香浓，汤汁鲜甜，绝对是上等的美食。再说锅贴，形状方便进食，煎得恰到好处，外脆内软。金黄色的边散发出阵阵香气，而咬一口会发现，其实内涵熟透却不稀烂，煎了更能带出猪肉的浓香。招牌锅贴，实属佳品。
