开饭介绍
多利蘿瑪排骨之家30年來的招牌菜一直是嫩肋排。這一切開始於1972年北邁阿密時,東尼開了第一間店舖,並以嫩肋排作為招牌菜。但東尼.羅馬的故事時至今日仍未結束。新鮮脆口的沙津,,令人垂涎的炭火燒牛排和美味海鮮共同創造出多利蘿瑪排骨之家的菜單,使每位客人能夠愉快用餐。

招牌菜
Bread -Served warmish, but seemed a bit underbaked and too white. Average bread, especially compared to the very good sweetish starter bread served at Outback Steakhouse! 4/10.Minestrone -This doesn't have much celery sweetness, but mostly of tomato paste taste. Passable, but nothing exciting. 6.5/10.Appetiser Platter -Consists of Mozzarella Bars with a Salsa-like dip, Buffalo Wings with a Blue Cheese sauce, and Fried Potato Skins with a Sour Cream. These weren't too bad, I like the fried cheese bars. The Buffalo Wings weren't even hot though, which is a shame, although the texture was fine. The Potato Skins were too thin and easily dried out, it could do with more bacon, spring onions and cheese to give it more flavour or to lubricate it more! 6.5/10.Rib-Eye 8Oz -This came out flat like a sandal. Its like a normal ribeye being flattened once to become an Entrecote, then the chef sat on it again to make it a piece of beef paper! Flavour wise it was grilled unevenly. Some bits were too rare and therefore chewy, some bits were cooked to well-done and became dried out tough. The beef and chargrilled flavour wasn't too bad though. ~ 5/10.BBQ Spare Ribs -Wouldn't call it to be on the scale of total epic failure, but the pork was tasteless and instead of tenderly falling off the bones, they had me shrouded in mystery as they were falling off the bones as chunks of shreddy meat! The rub spice wasn't even apparently, though there was a bit of that single dimensional, very sweet glazing which had no smoking effect whatsoever. ~ 4/10. Fries -These 'commercial quality' fries were fried well, but by the time it arrived on a less than optimum temperature plate, which was not preheated - turned cold. A big pet peeve of mine! 6/10.Coleslaw -The salad was fresh enough, but it didn't had much sauce rather than a small presence of a very sweet mayonnaise - reminding me of KFC's coleslaw, minus the wetness.. Iced Tea - RefillableThe lemons are not refillable, but the tea itself was very weak. So whenever you topped up, it became a weak tea with not much traces of lemon left. ******************************EVEN with a so-called half price by Groupon, this meal turned up disappointing. I don't know about my dining partner but I was not even close to being full! The food quality was on par with what you'll expect with Chinese mainlanders run Western Restaurant up in China, except with smaller proportions or colder food. Very average food vs the price !

之前買了Groupon優惠卷,所以昨天便和男朋友來試試,同事都說過它的很RIBS好食呢!!個 Set Dinner 包括 :- Appetizer 拼盤- Soup of the Day (Veg 清湯)- 2 Main Course (選了Original Baby Back Ribs + Half BBQ Chicken)- 2 Tea / CoffeeRIBS 真是好好食,很軟,味道也很濃,BBQ Chicken 也不錯 埋單時,waitress還問我們有沒有不滿意的地方,很細心呢 !!Will visit again next time :>

之前太太來過,說中午這裡很少人,午餐好吃,而且價錢不貴,所以便趁今天一起來試試。星期六大約1時來到,很多空桌子。午餐最貴的也不用100元,包餐湯及凍飲。今時今日百物騰貴,真的不能算是貴。我叫了一份Rib Eye Steak,因為真的有一段日子沒有吃牛扒了。太太叫了著名的Ribs。我有黑椒汁和蘑菇汁可選擇,我選了蘑菇汁。太太的ribs名不虛傳,我的牛扒也不錯。質素好很可能是少人的關係。如果人多,質素未必這樣好。聽說鄰近在時代廣場的分店經常擠得水洩不通。香港人果然真的多兩步也不願意走。

I was wondering on where to have dinner in Wan Chai last week. Lots of choices became hard to make a choice. Finally, when still a bit lost on the street, I looked up on a building and found a signage about Tony Roma's. A long missed restaurant. It reminded me about a good dining experience in Bangkok. Then I got up and tried it.Sat by the window, there was a good view on the busy street downstairs. It was a good compliment for the dinner.It started with bread and butter.Didn't get much surprise from the bread, but liked the butter with herb very much. A taste out of ordinary.But didn't know why it came to the main course before another appetizer. Anyway, as it was ready, I enjoyed the main course first. It was a special pack with steak and pork ribs.Though I had ordered medium for the steak, it was still not smooth enough when I tried to cut it. I also needed to pay higher effort for chewing it. So a bit disappointed.However, still glad to have quality ribs. The meat was well done and good match with the sweet & sour sauce on it.The appetizer came. It was the union rings. The outlook was good. However, as I had finished the main course before it, it was a bit heavy at that moment.Finally, the meal was finished with a dessert, Apple Crisp. A very sweet dessert combo with vanilla ice-cream and sour apple. A good match. But if it was less sweet, it would be perfect.

Started dinner at 7 but the food didn't come early enough and we are forced to "return the table" at 8:30 and we are still not finishedAnyway the food is not bad but they don't have enough staff to serve.
