Saw the new poster for the new Beary Christmas drinks.The Crema scura black forest mocha was really cute because the poster showed a cute latte art animal of a polar bear.Honestly it's too good to be true that PC could do latte art. 多匆匆, 去匆匆, 反正唔肚餓就以輕食補充energy  店內枱與枱之間的距離十分貼近, 小妹認印象中冇乜邊間 pacific Coffee 坐得舒適,吾通呢點就是輸給對手的其中一個因素.....? Spinach & Mushroom Pie $24: 錎料以蛋, 菠菜 , 蘑菇為主, 店員代為翻熱後芝士味更為突出, 口感算不肥膩而且飽肚，比沉悶的三文冶來得精彩 。     Green Tea Latte $31: 不知從何時開始已習慣了以skimmed milk 年代替全脂奶 , 因為喝後不會令小妹拉肚子而且更加健康。味道濃郁甘香的綠茶粉近來亦成為我的大愛, 無論飲品, 蛋糕, 雪糕, 零食等。而這杯  Green Tea Latte 也乎合濃郁的基本要求, 而且帶點甘香 、水溫夠熱、 奶泡打得細滑, 感覺比對手沖出的更香滑可口 。

先謝謝食友甜姐兒 SSG 早兩天送贈給我的這袋 Pacific Coffee 小吃 Oaty Brownie Cookie。其實筆者向來都不大愛喝咖啡，亦極少蒲咖啡店，印象中這趟更是筆者第二次寫有關 Pacific Coffee  的食評。至於這塊連鎖咖啡店出品，個子有點像西樵大餅的曲奇，雖然質感略嫌有點鬆散，稍欠乾身，但入口既有燕麥粒的嚼勁，更有朱古力粒的咬口，食味亦算不俗，若閣下是個愛啡之人，以此曲奇作伴，相信也可令你消磨一整個下午。

二月上旬‧晴約了來這邊開會，拍檔要吃多點甜食，除了咖啡及茶以外，要了個巧克力冬甩。將之切開就知，原來只是以麵包改裝而成。只是一個麵包圈再舖上巧克力漿，不是好吃的冬甩。不過這裡好坐，所以仍然會繼續來。

I have given up with their sweet selection because the choices are practically the same every time I go there even though it is not that often I go there.However I love their savoury selection because there is quite a choice for ciabattas, quiches etc.This time I chose the Parma ham and brie ciabatta.Next time I am going to try the corned beef with sauerkraut bun.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Parma ham and brie ciabatta:The ciabatta had lean parma ham, brie, tomato and rocket sandwiched in between it.I

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Green Tea bundt cake:I really regretted getting this, it was extremely dry and you could choke on it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Nori tuna sandwich:I was attracted by this sandwich because there was seaweed in it.I think this is the first sandwich I have had with seaweed in it.It was a nice mix of grounded tuna, carrots and sauces, but the sauces could have been stronger such as the wasabi which was really subtle.The carrots were too hard.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

There are now four quiche flavours at Pacific Coffee, the latest addition is Pumpkin and Ham.The salmon and the spinach & mushroom used to be my favourite but now it is Pumpkin and Ham.+++++++++++++++++++++++++Pumpkin and Ham quiche:As always their quiches taste really nice but it is slightly oily and there is some MSG in it.I like their quiches because it doesn’t taste so eggy and there is cheese on top.The one I had this time was pumpkin and ham, the pumpkin and ham was cut to thin slices.The

入赤柱前先去hea 一陣同朋友仔飲返個咖啡嘆下先雖然天氣熱辣辣總要杯熱hazelnut latte 先夠韻味香濃、芳郁樸鼻超滑身既奶令實而不華既咖啡啖啖怡人飲過正咖啡，是日應該係好美好的一天!!~

飯局前想找個地方用用電腦, 明明告士打道那邊有三家排排坐的咖啡連鎖店也不去, 就是貪這裡地方大。待會還要吃飯, 見到有新款的蛋糕也只好留待下次才試, 只要了一杯 skimmed milk 的 Tall Latte ($30)。以脫脂/低脂奶來做 Latte 這邊奶味好像比星字頭的濃郁, 不過就好像不太夠熱而且咖啡香不夠。又巧遇在流動工作的食友, 結果是吹水多過做事!這裡有處好的是有個居高臨下的露台, 但不抽煙的我還是別出去吹冷風了。

Its impressive that Pacific Coffee is now offering a wider range of cakes than before, some are delectable and some are not.Their mille-feuille does not resemble one even though it is called mille-feuille. There is too much chocolate on it, there are two slices of flakey pastry with custard cream in the middle, which is the closest resemblance I can find.Overall, if you treat it as a chocolate cake, then it’s ok.

三月中旬大局之前，要找個地方整理臨時性變動，原打算到suzuki，卻不知結業了，附近可選擇的地方似乎又只得Pacific coffee。志不在飲，同場來客一樣，純粹是買個空間，也就解釋了一杯唔好飲的咖啡收的價已是勝香園番茄通加熱飲價錢，這天要了支芒果汁，順手拿本雜誌看看食友所寫的專攔文章。同星巴一樣，果汁是本地大廠OEM交來，喝起來有點不自然的黏性，都下了唔少穩定劑，味道幾甜。飲了大半支，資料亦整理得七七八八，係時候起行了，$30買了一小時，即每分鐘$0.5，幾貴的，而這裡位置以木椅居多，比起擺花街分店差得多了。

Was rather happy to find bread and butter pudding at Pacific Coffee, it wasnt that popular in Hong Kong before, so I had to go to pubs for it, and the newly opened Sweetacy also serves it.The one here is quite authentic as it contains raisins, it quite sweet and eggy too.However, it is piping hot, so have to wait for it too cool down a bit before consuming.

Pacific Coffee has been so boring lately with their selections, its nearly Christmas, and there is nothing Chrismassy.I took a peek because I went to Starbucks, and there were at least 5 xmas items, and a few I wanted to try.As there was nothing new except the Kaiser bun with pork, I got that.The pork filling was minced and mixed in salad cream, sweet than savory.The bun tasted exactly like the meatball baguette that they do with the seeds in the bun.
