A while ago my friend got me some palmiers from Kee Wah Bakery which were pretty and pink.It is difficult to see from the photo but they were rosy pink.Each one was delicate and crispy with a buttery aroma complimented by the sugar coating.She ago got me some Taiwanese pineapple cakes.My favourite had to be the egg yolk.There was literally half an egg yolk inside which was evilicious with the buttery shortcrust pastry.
