先上湯第一啖⋯Wa⋯
廚師好重手下禾,飲多兩啖已經搞唔掂,應該意外嚟嘅啫⋯⋯嚇我唔到嘅。
再上青口⋯Wow⋯
唔係意外禾,係堅重手禾,鹹倒呢⋯⋯

再嚟主角牛扒⋯應該0k啦⋯牛扒控制生熟啫唔駛太多調味⋯⋯牛扒質素係高嘅冇問題,可惜俾個[鹹]字淹沒了
一塊M5西冷扒駛唔駛咁重手呀,鹽放碟邊咪得咯,真係失敗中嘅失敗
再來兩個side disc 都係難逃一個[鹹]字厄運⋯⋯點解露筍都可以咁鹹㗎⋯
從未試過一餐由頭到尾樣樣都咁鹹,鹹到係完全不能夠接受,只可以用重⋯重⋯重手嚟形容,全晚只有杯水唔係鹹。


自問自己都食得重味都敵唔過佢,係咪想玩爆我個腎?血壓都當堂高咗!


全晩只有一個鹹字,真係唔知係咪我哋唔好彩⋯⋯埋單$1100蚊。

其實呢類形小店已經唔多,唔想俾D大集團壟斷晒,唔想下次經過又少一間,自己爭氣D啦⋯⋯

Had a wonderful family dinner at the den.The food was great, especially the mussels, the garlic cream sauce is amazing.The ribeye steak is so good it melts in your mouth, and peri peri chicken is also very tasty.

Well, I admit that I’m a steak lover and I love trying all steak houses in Hong Kong. That’s the first one I tried here and it’s really nice. The steak is of really good quality and at reasonable price. Service is good and love the cozy environment! 😃 also ordered Mac& cheese and burger... YUMmmmmm😀

Set lunch 很多選擇,價格合理,有前菜或湯、主菜及咖啡、茶。份量示非常足夠,食物亦很新鮮。 牛扒我們要了五成熟, 未切未食已經聞到好香, 個汁好好味, 老闆好nice。 我會再搵晚試下先得!!!!

I saw a friend share a facebook post about the new menu at The Den so I decided to go with a friend after hiking yesterday. Surprisingly the food was very good! I ordered bagel and my friend ordered a wagyu cubes. Anthony, I think he's the son of the owner was a very nice young man and very friendly. Restaurant is not big but it's a relaxing place to hang out. My friend and I stayed for like 2 hours there. That's exactly what I need to unwind with a friend and warm service. I understand from Ant

I understand from Anthony that the wagyu is from Australia and I had a bite, the flavor is unforgettable. Juice are cut fresh and from the blender!  In terms of price, I would say it's reasonable.
Will definitely come back for dinner. I really want to try the Tomahawk!

Today i tried the rib-eye as well as the mussels turned into pasta, were brilliantly on point. The Steak was tendre, juicy and cooked to perfection. The mussels were a formidable start and once finished, delicately turned into pasta with the sauce. Just amazing food and one of the tastiest, most refreshing ingredients in town *ask for Anthony

The den is the only steak place I would recommend and go to besides if I wanted to spend an exceptional amount of cash in Morton’s. the meat itself is flavourful and always perfected the ratio of medium rare when I order it. Another amazing dish is definitely the mussels! I cannot exaggerate how delicious it is! Go try it yourselves!

之前試過The Den, 念念不忘. 今天 老公出trip, 一個人食好D.  Order 咗我至愛嘅和牛!!!! 呢度嘅和牛, 真係好正, 牛味好濃,而且肉質非常嫩滑!換咗經理, 老闆係度, 仲送 咗個呀仔做嘅甜品, 好有人情味!!! 老闆話而家BYOB. 不過聽日要返工, 無得飲, Weekend 同帶支酒老公嚟過! 小店要十扑!!!

入到去再想了,入內的餐廳,是小小的。是一家由外國人經營,很家庭式的小餐廳。中午時段,餐廳由女店主一人招呼,而廚房看來想有兩個人。女店主非常之友善,坐埋在餐室與大家一起進餐談笑。不拘小節的餐廳,我是很喜歡的。

我要為年尾的歐遊儲點錢啊,A5和牛雖然極吸引,但我都係留返下次再有機會來時才吃。於是,我點了魚,點了一份 Fish & Chips。美中不足的,他們沒有給我肉厚厚的 fillet。不過,吃入口的魚肉,雖是薄薄的,也是魚邊的位置,不過入口卻出現了出奇的魚香味,細細塊,香口香脆,感覺又幾好播。此外,薯條是正宗的生切薯條,很好薯味,不錯。

店姐姐推介我飲鮮果汁。唔記錯是西柚加香橙,而且是連皮打的鮮果汁。在天氣熱熱熱又呵呵呵的日子,有這樣的一個純果汁,仲要係即叫即榨的,不需要冰凍,啖啖純香果味已經足夠。

簡單的 Fish & Chips 已經很好味道。我看見鄰檯的牛扒,完全出現了心心眼。下次再有機會來,下次糧頭來,我會鋸扒。不過,今日感受到這小餐廳的家庭色彩,也是很開心的。

今晚book左位dinner, 諗住支持下小店。入面環境非常狹窄,大動作d都會撞到隔離枱既人,話哂小店,當然係細d架啦,無問題。價錢方面偏貴,可能係地區既緣故,但若果好食的話,我都會願意比呢個價錢。食物方面,我叫左個chicken wings, salmon filet, wagyu tenderloin 同 filet mignon。Salmon Filet 不錯,配Spinach。Filet Mignon 中規中矩,個mushroom sauce 好求其,不點也罷。問題在於個Tenderloin, 叫左medium rare, 賣相正常,用刀一切,外面well done, 非常熟,開頭以為佢整得熟過龍,再切入中心位,變做Raw, 全生!99% 生!和牛刺身咩?自問都食過唔少世界各地既牛扒,總算識分medium rare 同 totally raw,嘗試咬都咬唔開,目測都非常紅,已經無咩食慾。同果位女職員反映下,佢話呢個就係medium rare, 係我問題,下次想食熟d就叫medium well,雖則佢話樂意幫我整番再熟d。佢既堅持再加零歉意,足以令我已唔想食了。生與熟可能係幾主觀

1)sorry to comment on your costume
but can you not wear short jeans in a restaurant featuring AUS M5 Wagyu
it feels like Mongkok

2)sorry to be critical about the restaurant interior n colour
too shabby . .. wall colour is not appetizing but some may find it shabby chic fashionably

3)however I have to say something real about the filet mignon
which is the most expensive in the menu
it is really good
$588 for minimum 10 oz
(pricing is very complicated because they charge according to the real weight of the steak served on your plate
mine is 10.5 oz so they charge me approx $630 )
I dun really like this system

Filet mignon is very fresh tender n juicy
Sirloin is fine

and miscommunication
she ordered the starter we dun really want . ..
luckily it tasted good
but result was
too full finally we finished the steak in difficulty
there is only one waitress even in the peak hour
i guess she is sth like manager or partner or owner of the place
(therefore we guess why she is in shorts)
she has her own mind and not listening well to her customers
service received is totally not proportional to the money you pay


in short
would choose ruth chris or wanchai wooloomooloo at least they have standard service,cozy space and a spectacular view for the latter

I came here because I saw the advertisement online.It's a lie.1. The restaurant is tiny but they cramped in as much table as possible for maximum profit.2. I ordered the most expensive dish, the "wagyu filet" pic 2-3, the flavour was weak and the middle part was cold (i ordered medium rare.)3.The waitress has poor communication skills and needs improvement to handle customers requests.4. it is not worth the price in the slightest.
