知道呢間扒房好耐， D friends 啱啱試完話正, 於是趁BB Birthday, 去試下. 餐廳細細, 但D枱好靚  老闆喺餐廳, 佢D中文都唔錯. 呢度D扒有得揀. 每塊都好厚!!! 我哋叫咗沙律同Tbone. 嘩!!!! 真心正! 嘿嘿， 我食晒大個邊  我唔係咩牛扒專家, 但厚切真喺唔同D! 勁 juicy!!! 慶祝生日推介 

其實呢間小店都幾吊腳，半山屋蘭士里唔係果區嘅人可能聽都未聽過，揸車去都還可以嘅。店外係倔頭路，門口都可以泊車。今晚一行兩人坐底之後店員非常殷勤招待介紹食物，之外還介紹埋下午餐單有多款set lunch 及 假日有brunch，請倒咁嘅伙記老細有福。店員仲攞咗兩塊唔同重量扒俾我地選擇非常貼心，我地選了M5西冷扒520g 、薯蓉湯、青口、side disc 蘑菇、蘆筍，都係大路嘢。先上湯第一啖⋯Wa⋯廚師好重手下禾，飲多兩啖已經搞唔掂，應該意外嚟嘅啫⋯⋯嚇我唔到嘅。再上青口⋯Wow⋯唔係意外禾，係堅重手禾，鹹倒呢⋯⋯再嚟主角牛扒⋯應該0k啦⋯牛扒控制生熟啫唔駛太多調味⋯⋯牛扒質素係高嘅冇問題，可惜俾個［鹹］字淹沒了一塊M5西冷扒駛唔駛咁重手呀，鹽放碟邊咪得咯，真係失敗中嘅失敗再來兩個side disc 都係難逃一個［鹹］字厄運⋯⋯點解露筍都可以咁鹹㗎⋯從未試過一餐由頭到尾樣樣都咁鹹，鹹到係完全不能夠接受，只可以用重⋯重⋯重手嚟形容，全晚只有杯水唔係鹹。自問自己都食得重味都敵唔過佢，係咪想玩爆我個腎？血壓都當堂高咗！全晩只有一個鹹字，真係唔知係咪我哋唔好彩⋯⋯埋單$1100蚊。其實呢類形小店

Had a wonderful family dinner at the den.The food was great, especially the mussels, the garlic cream sauce is amazing.The ribeye steak is so good it melts in your mouth, and peri peri chicken is also very tasty.

Well, I admit that I’m a steak lover and I love trying all steak houses in Hong Kong. That’s the first one I tried here and it’s really nice. The steak is of really good quality and at reasonable price. Service is good and love the cozy environment! 😃 also ordered Mac& cheese and burger... YUMmmmmm😀

今日點左：1. Silver Anchovies Bruschetta, $68 有4件， 好抵食， 味道也不錯2. Fresh steamed mussels, 可能唔啱季節， 冇乜肉食， 但個汁好好味， 可留起點薯條3. 粗薯條， 非常熱辣辣4. Waygyu ribeye M5, 今日只有550gm size, 所以唯有order一份兩個人share, 下次先試tenderloin. Juicy! 夾住有肥的位更香口。5. 甜品，年青侍應話係佢親手整的，佢推介 chocolate brownie & sticky date pudding所以點左！ 椰棗拖肥蛋糕有驚喜。6. 飲品有juice, 加一杯house red

Set lunch 很多選擇，價格合理，有前菜或湯、主菜及咖啡、茶。份量示非常足夠，食物亦很新鮮。 牛扒我們要了五成熟, 未切未食已經聞到好香, 個汁好好味, 老闆好nice。 我會再搵晚試下先得!!!!

I saw a friend share a facebook post about the new menu at The Den so I decided to go with a friend after hiking yesterday. Surprisingly the food was very good! I ordered bagel and my friend ordered a wagyu cubes. Anthony, I think he's the son of the owner was a very nice young man and very friendly. Today i tried the rib-eye as well as the mussels turned into pasta, were brilliantly on point. The Steak was tendre, juicy and cooked to perfection. The mussels were a formidable start and once finished, delicately turned into pasta with the sauce. Just amazing food and one of the tastiest, most refreshing ingredients in town *ask for Anthony

The den is the only steak place I would recommend and go to besides if I wanted to spend an exceptional amount of cash in Morton’s. the meat itself is flavourful and always perfected the ratio of medium rare when I order it. Another amazing dish is definitely the mussels! I cannot exaggerate how delicious it is! Go try it yourselves!

之前試過The Den, 念念不忘. 今天 老公出trip, 一個人食好D.  Order 咗我至愛嘅和牛!!!! 呢度嘅和牛, 真係好正, 牛味好濃，而且肉質非常嫩滑！換咗經理, 老闆係度, 仲送 咗個呀仔做嘅甜品, 好有人情味!!! 老闆話而家BYOB. 不過聽日要返工, 無得飲, Weekend 同帶支酒老公嚟過! 小店要十扑!!! 

今晚到訪咗呢一間係西營盤嘅小店食佢嘅和牛扒。諗都費事諗，揀咗小店嘅Set Menu，同朋友食嘅好處就係你揀一樣，我揀一樣，就幾乎揀晒。前菜～Bruchetta Anchovies 有我最喜歡的意式鹹魚仔配多士，簡單不過好味。Deep Fried Oyster只可以講我反而鍾意食元X壽司嘅蠔壽司多啲囉。主菜～Pan Fried Norwegian Salmon魚煎得好嫩，無配任何汁，真係魚有魚味。Wagyu Sirloin Steak要一份medium, 上枱效果好好，中間仲係粉紅色，配咗一個蘑菇肉汁，牛味濃，正！甜品～Apple Crumble熱辣辣焗出嚟，加埋雪糕，冰火齋晒！Chocolate Brownie 對比起👆🏻就似乎普通啲，不過都好食嘅。

看見《The Den》的名字，對我這一個市井之徒來說，是一個有關足球的地方。熟識英國足球的大家都會知道，倫敦著名的爛仔隊，《Millwall》(米禾爾) 的主場，就是叫《The Den》。在香港，也有一間餐廳叫《The Den》。不過這不是球場的名字，也見不出是米禾爾開設的餐廳。這是一間位於半山，位於不顯眼的屋蘭士里的小小西餐廳。因為夠隱世，吸引到我中午一個人來拜訪一下。 在門口，看見大黑板的 menu，好多食品都令我心心眼。尤其是$198份的A5和牛，和牛漢堡，Fish & Chips, Beef Pie 等等。果真，花多，令我眼前一亂。 入到去再想了，入內的餐廳，是小小的。是一家由外國人經營，很家庭式的小餐廳。中午時段，餐廳由女店主一人招呼，而廚房看來想有兩個人。女店主非常之友善，坐埋在餐室與大家一起進餐談笑。不拘小節的餐廳，我是很喜歡的。 我要為年尾的歐遊儲點錢啊，A5和牛雖然極吸引，但我都係留返下次再有機會來時才吃。於是，我點了魚，點了一份 Fish & Chips。美中不足的，他們沒有給我肉厚厚的 fillet。不過，吃入口的魚肉，雖是薄薄的，也是魚邊的位置，不過入口卻出現了

今晚book左位dinner, 諗住支持下小店。入面環境非常狹窄，大動作d都會撞到隔離枱既人，話哂小店，當然係細d架啦，無問題。價錢方面偏貴，可能係地區既緣故，但若果好食的話，我都會願意比呢個價錢。食物方面，我叫左個chicken wings, salmon filet, wagyu tenderloin 同 filet mignon。Salmon Filet 不錯，配Spinach。Filet Mignon 中規中矩，個mushroom sauce 好求其，不點也罷。問題在於個Tenderloin, 叫左medium rare, 賣相正常，用刀一切，外面well done, 非常熟，開頭以為佢整得熟過龍，再切入中心位，變做Raw, 全生！99% 生！和牛刺身咩？自問都食過唔少世界各地既牛扒，總算識分medium rare 同 totally raw，嘗試咬都咬唔開，目測都非常紅，已經無咩食慾。同果位女職員反映下，佢話呢個就係medium rare, 係我問題，下次想食熟d就叫medium well，雖則佢話樂意幫我整番再熟d。佢既堅持再加零歉意，足以令我已唔想食了。生與熟可能係幾主觀

I came here because I saw the advertisement online.It's a lie.1. The restaurant is tiny but they cramped in as much table as possible for maximum profit.2. I ordered the most expensive dish, the "wagyu filet" pic 2-3, the flavour was weak and the middle part was cold (i ordered medium rare.)3.The waitress has poor communication skills and needs improvement to handle customers requests.4. it is not worth the price in the slightest.
