My friend and I finally visited this cart noodle resto in Hung Hom that I had bookmarked for some time, especially because of their offer of complimentary dessert..I ordered for Cart Noodles with Two Ingredients, choosing pork blood curd and pork intestine as toppings, along with flat potato noodles and special chili sauce of medium spiciness. The portions were generous, with the pork blood curd being flavorful and succulent, and the well-marinated and fresh intestine lacking any unpleasant odor. The flat noodles absorbed the spicy sauce well, enhancing the overall taste. My friend ordered Cart Noodles with Four Ingredients, selecting spicy pork belly slice, shrimp roll in tofu wrap, Chinese cabbage and braised Shiitake mushroom, paired with flat potato noodles and a combination of satay and special chili sauces. Each set included a complimentary dessert. I selected the Crème Brulée by adding HKD5, while my friend chose the Serradura Pudding. The Crème Brulée had a sugary topping, offering a smooth texture with a rich egg aroma and a hint of sweetness. Her Serradura Pudding featured well-balanced layers of cream and Marie biscuit crumbs..The restaurant was bustling with a long queue, so we arrived at noon (their opening time) to secure seats. They got cute figures for decorations. The complimentary dessert was a delightful touch, sure to brighten anyone's day.

呢间戚风百面成日都好多人排队,间铺唔算好多位,所以前面就算得几个人都要等一段时间,佢主打性价比好高嘅便当同面食。我哋入去试吓必点嘅自选车仔面,佢比起其他车仔面嘅特别之处系汤底可以拣两种(我拣咗腩汁加沙嗲),𩠌就拣咗瑞士鸡翼同埋牛腩,好入味,同埋份量都叫几足!但可能因为拣咗两款汤底,同埋𩠌原本都有自己嘅酱汁,食得耐会有啲咸,大家就唔好好似我咁贪心拣两种重口味嘅汤底🤣佢跟餐有自家制嘅酸梅汁可以选择,每日限量30倍,如果系夜晚去,有机会卖哂,佢唔会系一味加糖,保留到酸梅汁原本嘅味道。同埋有五款甜品可以跟餐送,焦糖炖蛋就要加钱。我拣咗椰皇奶冻,佢分咗上下两层,椰子浸味都几出。大家如果经过都不妨试一试~

威风百面@红磡🪡红磡湖光街1-7号联盛大厦地下10B1号舖💰$50-$80私心收藏既车仔面,每次嚟都系要排队,不过你试过就知系值得嘅,价钱超合理,味道好食,最重点系连甜品都好高质,推荐推荐!🍜威风百面Menu有唔同配搭选择,威风百面应该系最受欢迎的,入面有红烧猪腩肉,猪大肠,墨鱼丸,鱼腐,糖心蛋,冬茹,鸡翼。份量超级足,配料新鲜同入味,配搭埋油面先系最正既车仔面。🍜自选车仔面食车仔面最开心系可以拣自己钟意既𩠌,难得地见到车仔面有得拣猪柳,味道同M记猪柳包一模一样,墨鱼丸弹牙。汤底方面好多选择,推荐腩汁+瑞士汁,试过返唔到转头。值得一提木糠布甸味道一流,仲要系自家制,仲要order套餐就送一个甜品,食完大满足。
