前幾日難得同男朋友一齊放假走左入西貢拍下拖行下行下見到lee 間小小串肚仔又餓就決定食幾串頂下引😂😂😂雞泡魚乾佢剪到一條條好啱送酒 仲要跟堆蛋黃醬👍🏻玉子燒整得好平均 甜甜的有蛋味 lee 隻我鍾意 有d 其他舖整到好鞋lee 間唔係鞋的有小小彈牙等一陣,又有新野食lee 碟好出色平時我最愛雞軟骨但其他太出色,對比之下如果雞軟骨再燒耐d 就更香口,雞腎超正爽口又唔死咸,本身內臟麻麻我都不停食,調味調得剛剛好,唔乾又爽口黑豚豬腩超好味,唔乾又甜甜的 我食左一啖咋,再返轉頭食 我男朋友已經KO 左成串雞肉串好juicy, 唔會燒到乾爭爭,又係食得一嚿重點墨魚咀必食 ,大大粒,多汁,香口 真係食唔停雞翼開邊燒可以唔洗等好耐,但驚佢乾但老闆真係好西利唔乾又香口,食時又方便安格斯牛柳粒我對牛敏感所以都係食左一粒 其他男朋友清得乾乾淨淨男朋友話牛味香,juicy ,無鬆肉粉味,仲有d 炸蒜粒又黎重點鰻魚一整條老闆真豪氣,成條上出面食都唔平lee 間又唔貴,size 都唔細嫁,又燒得香牛舌爽口唔會燒到柴雪糕做結尾,雪糕隻匙羹好可愛最後食小小野變食到飽飽走,我好耐無遇過咁高汁嘅小店喇lee 間我一定再黎試其他野 继续阅读

今日同老公晚飯前揸電單車經過西貢海旁拍下拖,終於搵到呢間係食街嘅小店,未到晚餐時間想搵啲嘢食下,叫咗燒鰻魚,超正好彈牙!味道啱啱好想試吓安格斯牛柳粒但最近敏感唔可以食牛,老闆推介左黑豚豬腩 好禾味呀原來老闆娘用咗祖傳秘製嘅調味~一定會再嚟!仲有好多嘢未試,雞腎、雞軟骨、牛舌、墨魚咀、蜜糖燒雞翼、都好想食呀,而家呢啲天氣最啱一邊食串燒一邊飲啤酒,有機會再同老公嚟食雞泡魚乾同埋北海道扇貝下次試埋其他嘢~ 继续阅读

Went here randomly so decided to try the skewers.Ordered the chicken and I was tempted to order the tenderloin as well but apparently it isn't according to the Chinese verbal description so I stuck with the chicken.They told me to order the striploin if I wanted better beef but I wasn't after striploin but tenderloin.The chicken was tender thigh meat with an interesting vinegar taste.It was not off but tasted like the Phillipine adobo which is cooked with vinegar. Obviously I believe they were not meant to make it sour as Chinese people do not like sour foods so I asked if they put vinegar and they said it was OIL.HMMM INTERESTING ANSWER.I love my food conversations in Hong Kong, I really get some interesting answers. 继续阅读

早兩日經過食街試過呢度嘅串燒今日忍唔住要再嚟,上次食咗雞軟骨丶雞肉丶墨魚咀丶安格斯牛柳粒呢啲穩陣嘢,超級有水準,今次老闆娘話佢哋有新產品,所以對佢嘅推介非常有信心!我叫咗蜜糖雞翼,同埋一個自選套餐,我揀咗芝士玉子丶黃金麻吉燒同埋芝士蝦球。燒雞翼嘅時候,未送到我面前已經聞到超香嘅燒雞翼味,蜜糖雞翼燒得啱啱好另外自選套餐嘅三款食物之前我都係未食過嘅,玉子中間有芝士配合埋脹卜卜嘅麻吉燒同埋啲芝士會爆出黎嘅蝦球,原來係咁夾嘅總括嚟講,呢間小店連續兩次都有驚喜,最重要係我今日夜晚九點幾先嚟,當西貢食街九成鋪頭已經閂晒,佢哋仲開,真係不失為一個食宵夜嘅好地方 继续阅读

上次試完個安格斯牛覺得好好食之後,心思思又想再食其他嘅串燒。佢哋有一樣好貼心嘅安排就係喺舖頭前面放咗一set檯櫈,令我呢d大食鬼又想即場食嘅人可以即時享受到串燒嘅鮮味,加分。呢兩次分別試咗佢哋嘅墨魚咀,鰻魚,雞腎,雞軟骨,台灣腸,安格斯牛同埋扇貝。安格斯牛質素同上次一樣,都係好好食。鰻魚調味較得好好,醬汁唔會太甜太咸,同埋咬落有少少脆口,應該係個火喉控制得好。雞腎一d都唔靭,有嚼勁,調味啱啱好。台灣腸唔錯,同岀面d正正常常嘅串燒店一樣。扇貝+蒜蓉一向都係唔會岀事嘅配搭,不過呢度嘅燒扇貝食得岀個味好鮮,加埋佢哋嘅辣粉會更加惹味。雞軟骨好酥脆,好鐘意佢哋嘅串燒會燒到有少少脆口。最驚喜嘅係墨魚咀。好大粒!好大粒!好大粒!(很重要所以要講三次)咬落去好juicy。絕對係呢度嘅must eat item.希望呢間有heart嘅小店可以多d人去,繼續喺西貢企硬守住啦。 继续阅读
