Highly recommend, their bagels and sandwiches are fresh and good quality. We brought some for a picnic on the beach and the the sandwiches were fresh and well stacked till hours after we bought them. Definitely going back for more! The selection of drinks was also good.

糾結咗一陣好唔好去食菠蘿油最後都係被佢依到嘅麵包吸引住好多款麵包選擇依到嘅包、醬、料全部都可以自己配搭諗咗好耐都唔係好知點揀好決定嗌原有嘅配搭BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches $49先講個麵包好軟熟，口感一流另外搽咗牛油令到個包好香而豬肉加咗BBQ sauce好惹味最後仲有啲菜解解膩成個包都好好味Parma Ham Bagel依到連bagel都好多選擇個frd大讚好好食但一向bagel唔係好啱我所以都唔係好關我事睇嚟下次入西貢除咗菠蘿油，又有第二間嘅麵包要食

西貢唔少嘢食,但逢假日就好多人搵到間門面細細地,但少人食本身唔抱太大期望, 入到口就算點知佢又整得幾好味下pulled poke pumpernikel 現場即整,啲菜好新鮮,但唔方便食賣相 : 味道:價錢: (最高為5個)parma ham panini塊parma ham好大塊,好似唔洗錢咁,但乾身左少少賣相 : 味道::價錢: (最高為5個)最後想提一提,個店員識講中文但唔識睇,但我覺得佢nice n friendly ,應該係位健談既女仔黎

入西貢見到有賣歐包嘅小cafe係有賣sourdough 同bagel嘅cafe！而且佢地仲係稀有提供椰子奶嘅cafe！除左main meun之外，佢地仲可自行配搭我就叫左燒烤豬肉配多籽包 + cream cheese即叫即煮BBQ pork，中規中矩啦，楊蔥爆香加豬肉炒，叫店主加小小辣椒粉炒，但食唔到乜辣味....覺得去超市買支BBQ 醬都做到嘅嘢食麵包好大份好「聚」手，美中不足係未烘熱就拎左出黎🤥佢呢度有賣六七款bagel，仲有其他歐包堂食就未必回頭，但想試bagel🤩

Delicious sandwiches made with fresh and flavourful ingredients on fantastic breads. Fillings are generous and their combinations very tasty. A lovely spot for a coffee and an affordable lunch. Cafe style (good for takeaway or lunch at the bar-style tables). We tried the salmon and cream cheese everything bagel and the pulled pork onion bagel - enjoyed every bite! Great service and sandwich filling recommendations too. Long live Crunch and Munch

Since the closure of SUBWAY, it has been hard getting baguettes and sarnies.Crunch N Munch Bakery has been here since last year so I guess their bakery should be good otherwise they wouldn't be here for that long staying that low profile.Finally gave them a try.They have seven different bagels to choose from and then you can choose any fillings from the list.Wanted the mushroom tofu stirfry but it was sold out.I chose Cheddar Cheese and another filling.They were really generous with the fillings
