由於朋友生日,一直未能去嚐試過東海既壽桃包,所以今日決定去一試。我們一行6人選定了信用咭優惠套餐,$780蚊就可有7餸1湯1甜品(蜜汁义燒、拍青瓜雲耳、皮蛋肉鬆豆腐、蒜茸開邊蒸龍蝦、果皮蒸六頭鮮鮑魚、白玉翡翠、客家沙薑雞、山珍佛跳牆、燕窩燉蛋白),而且加$33仲可換埋經典菜(鎮江小排骨、芥末蝦仁),最後我們仲選了原籠蒜香班肉蒸飯、金莎蛋黃鮮魷、蝦籽野菌豆腐煲及原隻蛋黃壽桃包。果然不負所望,食物保持水準,套餐仲可以食龍蝦、鮑魚、燕窩,令人驚喜尤其客芥末蝦仁、家沙薑雞、原籠蒜香班肉蒸飯。蝦仁配上芥末汁不太傳統,令人有新鮮感之餘,而且非常醒胃。沙薑雞不太肥,好香雞味。班肉蒸飯原籠上,班塊仲好新鮮,整個蒸飯充滿鮮味。東海既壽桃包唔駛講「出色」,即叫即做,蛋黃油而不膩。

went there with a group of colleagues, and ate the Hairy Crab.Price: Overpriced of its quality. Nearly no Yolk in the crab, but charging 198$ each. Have some small sizzling dishes and portion is small. Frozen quality and very oily.Service was horrible.1. on the table next to us, the wooden board holding the sizzling pot broke and nearly pour boiling oil on a customer. No apologies, just change table, amazing.2. The 壽包 came before any other dish. Isn't it crazy? Then we asked them to serve as dessert, he said, you can leave them there and eat later as dessert. Amazing conversation afterall.3. We gave them the credit card, didn't come back after 10 minutes. So I search at the cashier finding they lost my card on the way. Remember its a 1/3 full restaurant and after 10 minutes, they found my card downstairs in the other cashier with a bunch of old bills. Just amazing.With this ghetto service and inferior decoration, per head charge was 400$. Just amazing that its still operating.

Six of us went to eat the Hairy Crab promo set menu and it was delicious! It began with chinese fish maw soup, which was full of flavour and had large pieces of nutritious ingredients.Next came xiao long baos (little pork dumplings filled with soup). They were big!Then fresh prawns stir-fried with celery. The prawns were fresh and the celery still crisp and green. Simple, light dish.Then the hairy crabs! The advertisement boasts that we get one male and one female each, but we actually received two male hairy crabs each. Perhaps they'd run out of females? Service was good because they allowed us to each one crab each first, and then brought out the second round of crabs so they would'nt get cold while we're eating the first one. Each person was provided with scissors and a tool to extract the crab meat.When the crabs were finished, all remaining dishes were served. We had toast with garlic and crab roe paste, crispy skin chicken, glutinous rice with chinese sausage. We were so full and still managed to fill a take-away box!The meal was also served with two little bottles of chinese wine (similar size to little sake bottles), which went nicely with the crab.The finish off, we had ginger sweet soup with glutinous rice balls, and massive peach-shaped 'birthday' buns with egg yolk and lotus seed paste inside.Total price $1880 for 6 people

只有兩個人,但想吃開心的東西,所以便選擇「飲茶」了,因為始終都是中國人吧。先來炸物。首先上枱的是春卷,無須多說,外脆內嫩,好吃。另一款炸物是第一次品嚐的,脆皮豆腐卷,脆脆的外皮包住軟滑的豆腐,口感很好。很難想像如何將滑滑的豆腐包在脆皮內再炸,真好功夫。再來的當然是蒸品。蝦餃是少不得的,味道很好,有鮮蝦味。要挑剔的話,就只是皮不是薄到見底那一種吧。另一款被受喜愛的是鳳爪,藔得腍腍的,非常入味,正。自己也十分喜愛腸粉,今次選擇的是牛肉腸,腸粉夠滑,不錯。但始終都是叉燒的較惹味一點。飯類選了盅飯,排骨味是也。軟軟的飯粒滲有甜甜的排骨鮮味,真的很可口。另外還了一個牛腩米粉,真是很美滿的一個午餐。

約咗朋友下午去旅遊展,為方便,去灣仔呢間酒樓地方坐位濶落服務侍應生服務好,快,OK食物九菜豬紅~有麻辣味,豬紅滑,不過味精比較多,OK啦清湯牛腩米粉~牛腩OK,米粉不過不失(都唔會冀望係新竹米粉),不過,個"清湯"都唔清,"濃"到"搶"哂牛腩啲味,敗筆燒腩~皮鬆肉香,不過比較凍,都OK啦蝦餃~蝦鮮,皮軟,正脆皮叉燒包~外皮脆不肥,正梅菜生煎包~包身軟,梅菜足,香,夠熱,正牛肉腸~有加馬蹄,不過唔係好夠熱,OK啦蒸排骨盅飯~香,夠熱,排骨夠味,不過的飯濕咗喲,都OK流沙包~皮軟夠熱奶黃香滑,正整體OK,但係貴咗啲,如何有時間,去陸羽好啲。
