周末兩個人來這裡歎茶。未到一點不是太多人,所以唔駛等位。點了幾款點心,黄橋燒餅只属一般,皮不夠鬆脆,而且都幾油。小籠包就好夠熱,皮薄餡靚,好味!XO醬煎腸粉不夠辣,但也很好味。咖喱魚蛋尤魚也很野味。最後不少得每人一個即叫即蒸嘅大壽包,裏面的蛋王真是又香又漏油,很滿足!吃完依餐真係好飽,但又幾開心噃!

通常去親海都都係同我一家人(有大有小都有成14人)這裡地方寬敞適合小朋友.食物方面...咪有係一般酒樓有既點心(但價錢就比一般酒家貴).不過無計, 想一家人舒舒服服享受一個星期天都值.

Went there with wife and daughter on 30 October 2005 as my wife wanted to have hairy crab 大閘蟹.A HK$300/head set meal appeared attractive. Each person has 2 蟹粉小籠包, 2 hairy crab (about 4-5兩), garlic bread with 蟹粉(a small bowl), 佛跳牆, 竹筒雞飯& 紅豆沙。I have additionally ordered a 脆皮牛腩(HK$68). 蟹粉小籠包was great. thin skin but yet not broken. The temperature was about right. You can eat the whole bun with a bit without scolding your month. The garlic bread is nothing special, but my 3 years old daughter like it very much. The crab was good and of reasonable size. 脆皮牛腩is interesting. The skin was really crispy. I don't know how they made it. Everything is up to the standard.The service was good. Each course was served after we finish the last one. Even the crab was served one after the other. As my daughter like the garlic bread, the waitress offered to give her an extra piece but we declined her kind offer. The only adverse remark is that when we walked in, I was queuing after a couple who were making reservations. Perhaps we were dressed in a rather casual manner and not appeared to be big spenders, the receptionist paid little attention at us. Instead, after handling the reservation, she turned to treat another group of old gentlemen who were much better dressed than my family and was standing next to me. But manageress saw what had happened, she came and settled my family.

又去開餐, 叫左好多野食, 真係發覺佢有d野係必食架1.蝦腸: 腸粉又滑又大碟, 蝦好大隻又新鮮, 好彈牙啊!2.壽包: 大大個壽包話晒都係招牌貨, 緊係有保證啦, 蛋黃靚到漏油, 蓮蓉又唔太甜不過不夠滑啦, 好好味!3.芝麻糊: 雖然係唔駛錢送的, 但係絕無偷工減料, 芝麻好香, 甜度適中但又唔會杰到一撻撻, good4.芝麻海蜇頭: 冷盤一客, 有爽口青瓜, 海蜇頭好彈口又入味, 充滿麻油香!!5.蝦餃: 其實有蝦的菜式都值一食, 因為佢d蝦實在太新鮮太大隻啦!! 餃皮煙韌, 一粒餃有二隻大蝦, 好正!6.燒腩仔: 都係招牌貨之一, 皮脆肉滑, 肥瘦適中, 食親都停唔到, 好正!!另外今次食了以下菜式1.賽螃蟹撈麵: 蛋白唔夠滑但係蟹肉多, 味太淡, 配e麵有d怪怪地, 尤其是d麵唔夠淰.2.煙鴨胸: 好奇怪酒樓有西式小點食, 但都ok, 鴨胸好淋, 又唔肥, 味道好,但都應該係買番黎的3.薰鴨: 唔好食, 料太少, 食落只feel到冬菇絲同腐皮, 唔好食, 4.青瓜炒海參: 唔好食, 炒得太咸, 海參絲唔得爽口, 太淋5.燒賣: 水準一般呢間service又好, 食物又正, 唯獨唔好係手提收得唔好, 要速速改善!!!

公司春茗一直都是在海都...不過...是新鴻基那間....淺水灣...是第一次~~不過...除了環境以外.....無論食物質素還是服務.....我還是喜歡新鴻基~~~不得不提....是淺水灣的翅....實在很失準....很咸~~~~其他的....也沒有很好的印象~~~
