在几个月前到过呢间餐厅食半自助lunch后, 今日我们一行3人再度来这里为我的buddy庆祝生日🎉; 可能因为周末所以只有餐汤或前菜buffee二选其一, 我地就选择要buffee, 呢到既芝士脆条真系好好食芝士味刚刚好不太浓, 而且脆条身好松脆, 令人一食唔停口😋; 今次试左一款新野, 我好少在意大利餐厅食Carbonara, 今次朋友好想食, 所以我地选了其中一个主菜为Carbonara, 意大利粉做得软硬适中、干身, 个汁唔系平时cafe见的 ‘杰摊摊’而系刚好沾上每条意粉, 而且汁有一股鸭油香, 吞了那口意粉后, 口腔内依然有那股鸭油香😃

母亲节前一日,有加价,食得特别放心。一行四人来个半自助午餐。选自助沙律吧就冇得饮海鲜汤。海鲜汤都多海鲜.似即者,,但就细左D.沙律吧有2X款野,款款都唔差...有心思泡制过,个人喜欢沙律吧!主菜分开试左几款煎鱼PIZZA长通粉主菜就比较一般,食得落肚,会愿意食哂既,味道冇咩惊喜。甜品吧,跟餐咖啡都好味。总结:食沙律吧同甜品吧都足够食回价钱,抵得返,主菜可以当伴菜。可以再来!

Mistral is one of our favourite family dining places in Tsim Sha Tsui 😁 It is located on floor B2 at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hotel. The restaurant has a dark and classy mirrors for its decoration. Not to mention that there is also a 'smart casual' dress code so be classy! 😝After my Easter trip, I came straight from the airport to Mistral for dinner as well as to enjoy some family moments. We, a family of four plus my brother's friend, ordered a few starters and a 🥂 to begin with. We had the Parma ham, Burrata cheese and a quinoa salad. As a cheese lover, I highly recommend the Buttata cheese as it's very creamy and fresh. If you eat the cheese together with their homemade tomato 'jelly', it gives a melting feeling in your mouth. 😋🍅🧀For our mains, we ordered ravioli, grilled chicken breast, pan-fried seabass and there was a seasonal special on artichokes and chicken so I ordered that: grilled chicken breast with artichoke chips. People usually think that chicken breasts taste bland and rough. The chicken they serve here are cooked to order and are very tender. Their pastas are freshly made and the fish dishes were quite light. 👍🏻🐟🍗🍝For desserts, we had two Mistral chocolate cakes to share as we were quite full. It was our first time to order the mistral cake and just by watching the waiter pouring whisky vanilla sauce onto the chocolate 'ball' is quite entertaining. The chocolate gradually melts and you can see the vanilla ice cream and chocolate cake 'hiding inside'. The dessert is very chocolatey and rich but the ice cream just balances out the sweetness. I'd say whoever has a sweet tooth can finish one portion on their own 😆🍫 🍨

无食自助午餐或晚餐好一段日子,相对都较少光顾酒店内嘅餐厅,而一听到晌五星级酒店内嘅意大利餐厅,感觉就会喺收费唔便宜嘅用餐之地。早前,听到好友介绍「海景嘉福酒店」内嘅「海风餐厅」,推介佢哋个半自助午餐,讲到眉飞色舞,点样点样好食,性格比高,搞到心痒痒,所以,趁个悠闲周六,同老婆嚟撑枱脚食餐晏。因为晌「开饭喇」写到第1,500篇,亦特意拣依一篇作为「里程碑」之作!餐厅位处酒店地库二层,加上喺周六嘅午餐时段,客唔算多,所以,气氛比较清幽。踏进去,内里环境唔喺𠮶种奢华嘅意大利风,而喺有种恬静嘅乡村气息。啡色格仔陶瓷地砖,深啡木系枱櫈,再加上木框间开唔同区域,配合皎洁嘅灯光,令环境明亮!就算去到1:00pm最旺嘅时段,目测都喺见四乘客满左右,不过,就留意到客人喺被安排坐得散开啲。而我俩被安排坐晌餐厅靠左角落区域,墙上挂有多张黑白人物相,都似喺日常生活照,正好带出轻省嘅气氛。而老婆背靠梳化椅,垫上两个「咕笋」,佢话非常舒服好坐。不过,最吸引小弟反而喺部份柱趸位挂上一只又一只以食材为主题,却漫画化咗嘅瓷碟,每只更画上一家意大利餐厅名及其所属意大利嘅城市,非常得意。标榜提供纯正嘅意大利菜嘅海风餐厅,逢周六所推出嘅半自助午餐,包前菜、意大利面或主菜、甜品及餐饮,定价$328 + 10%,汇丰信用卡做紧8折,所以折实每人$295。而平日,可以唔使食晒成份「全餐」,可以前菜搭甜品,前菜搭意大利面……等等,收费会变得相宜些少。虽然,个午餐已包餐饮,但如果你好喜欢饮果汁、特饮或餐酒,佢哋都提供多一个优惠选择俾客人,就喺任饮汽水、果汁、杂果宾治($68一位)或几款红、白餐酒($138一位)。面包篮落单后,先由侍应送上共有两款意式面包嘅面包篮,两款面包同属口感软熟而带烟韧,伴上香草酱及蕃茄蓉,前者幽香,后者鲜活。面包啱食嘅话喺可以再添,因为开放式厨房里面就有一座巨型烤炉,除薄饼,亦见啲面包喺不时出炉,出炉后就放晌沙律吧旁。前菜喺二拣一:自选意式前菜或南瓜玉桂汤,其实咁嘅安排,个人觉得有点怪,与其讲怪,就不如话佢喺有啲小家。识计数嘅都极少人会为一樖树而放弃个森林去拣个汤,其实,个南瓜玉桂汤又唔似意大利海鲜汤一类高成本嘅汤品,大可摆埋出嚟供客人自由享用啰!沙律吧未讲到啲意式前菜,先讲讲个沙律吧,共有4款沙律菜伴「4款」酱汁(黑醋沙律汁、凯撒沙律汁、法式沙律汁、千岛酱),其实酱汁后面仲有好多支唔同味道嘅橄榄油,可惜当时无留意到而错过咗,所以,一直以为得4款。沙律菜旁仲有烟三文鱼及9款沙律配菜俾客人自由组合,包括柠檬、水瓜榴、红洋葱、甜粟米、甘笋丝、车厘茄、红腰豆、青瓜片、灯笼椒。再过啲就喺3款嚟自意大利嘅芝士拼盘,包括Taleggio(牛奶软芝士),Parmesan(巴马臣芝士)及Fontina(芳堤娜芝士),更备有3款特色酱:芥末果子、松露蜜糖及浓缩黑醋。啲芝士及特色酱,配面包又得,配沙律都得。小弟就当然乜都想试,所以,第一碟沙律碟就样样拣啲,话虽如此,都摆到成碟满晒。啲沙律菜非常新鲜,入口冰凉爽脆,咬落嗦嗦声,只嫌几款沙律酱汁欠特色啲;沙律配菜亦唔见太有睇头,所以,胃纳细嘅朋友就不妨飞走依部份。但喺,啲意大利芝士点都要试一、两款,至少都要试试较少见嘅Taleggio及Fontina,芝士味好有个性,沾些少松露蜜糖,非常过瘾。自选意式前菜比起主菜,我反而觉得个意式前菜吧更加喺亮点,放晌近入口位置,一大张长枱,陈列出足足超过30款前菜,简直意气「丰」发,好多仲要喺未试过。从众多张相片归纳出,有以下款式,己尽量顺序列晒出嚟,不过应该有三数款唔喺好知喺乜名。款式如下:哈蜜瓜配巴马风干火腿、南瓜沙律、意大利青瓜银鱼柳沙律、墨鱼仔、迷迭香烟熏猪肉、吞拿鱼豆沙律、香橙红菜头沙律、烤香菇、蕃茄烩蔬菜、烤甜椒、意式虾沙律、传统意式沙律、意式扭纹饼干及薄脆片、水牛芝士蕃茄、腌蕃茄干、腌雅枝竹、腌洋葱、橄榄、吞拿鱼酿蕃茄、榄油浸烟熏芝士、牛肉、露笋蛋饼、咸牛舌、小牛肉片伴吞拿鱼酱、猪肉香肠、烟熏火腿、风干牛肉、沙乐美肠、猪颈肉。除咗个别较大路并曾经试过嘅前菜外,差唔多喜欢食嘅、有特色嘅、未试过嘅,都一一夹上碟成为我嘅意式前菜拼盘,睇相就知有几丰富。由于拣落嘅款式众多,就无谓逐一分享,但质素绝对唔会叫人失望,食罢令人非常满足!其中重点想讲讲当中嘅「迷迭香烟熏猪肉」(Lardo with Rosemary),正正就喺两个月前晌上环Upper Modern Bistroo食过嘅意大利Colonnata地区嘅盐渍猪脂薄片(Lardo di Colonnata),因为真喺种小弟觉得几神奇嘅食材,明明肥猪脂一片,但口感极似巴马风干火腿咁,唔喺咁肥、咁腻。去到自选一款嘅意大利面或主菜类,选择共有6款:宽条面、焗茄子、煎鲈鱼、烧牛仔膝、猪肉肠酿羊扒(+$120)及薄饼。轻煎鲈鱼、甜薯饼、蕃茄老婆拣煎鲈鱼,卖相方面,比较平实,以甜薯饼垫底,放点意大利青瓜,再加上鲈鱼伴蕃茄蓉酱。主角鲈鱼,入口表皮甘香脆口,但就肯定无上次晌观塘MIC Kitchen嘅烤智利鲈鱼咁嫩滑,较之为扎实,但仍不失鱼鲜味,配蕃茄蓉酱喺较大路常规做法;甜薯饼喺以刨薄片嘅甜薯一层叠一层焗制而成,非常有口感。烧牛仔膝、薯蓉、扒杂菜小弟则拣烧牛仔膝,牛仔膝切成一小件一小件放晌薯蓉上,卖相我就觉得唔合格,被人感觉喺碎湿湿,而且,肉质有少少偏韧,还好加咗少少芥末籽,沾点烧汁,味道唔错。反而个薯蓉做得好绵滑,薯香味十足。两道主菜都只属中规中矩,更突显出啲意式前菜喺成餐饭嘅卖点。甜品一环,餐牌写住「自选甜品」,睇英文你就明喺自助甜品吧,阵容唔喺好强盛,只有7款,但各款都甚具质素,称得上贵精不贵多。既然只得7款,对于喺甜品迷嘅小弟,当然可以一次过试匀佢哋啦,兼详细同大家分享。海风朱古力蛋糕,听闻喺招牌之作,朱古力味极之香浓,散发出甘苦不腻嘅香味,质感挺实而带点绵绵软心;意大利芝士饼绝对喺高水准作,海绵蛋糕底浸透咖啡酒,湿润有酒香,中间嘅马卡风芝士打得轻盈,滑溜到不得了,糁下嘅唂咕粉甘甘苦苦,提升味道嘅层次;拿破仑卷,以酥皮卷起吉士,喺少有嘅做法,酥皮松脆富牛油香,吉士软滑好有蛋味;蓝莓芝士饼,质素稳打稳扎,饼底目显过厚,但芝士饼心咸香软绵,蓝莓酱酸甜细腻;焗黄梅杏仁挞,挞壳松化,微微渗出杏仁嘅香味,而蛋浆内放上又大又园嘅黄梅,十分清甜;法式焦糖炖蛋,几款意大利甜点做得出色,个法式炖蛋亦不俗,炖蛋幼滑有蛋香,焦糖做得薄身够脆;意式奶冻,质感好啱我心水,柔滑得嚟有点实净,唔会过于削身,既有奶香,又有云呢嗱香气,旁边有几款酱汁,小弟就拣咗士多啤梨口味作配衬。鲜奶咖啡、洋甘菊午餐包热饮一杯,并附有一小粒意大利朱古力,而咖啡可以拣鲜奶咖啡、意大利泡沫咖啡……之类,所以,小弟杯鲜奶咖啡卖相拉得唔错,口感还可以,未算匀均极致;热茶如伯爵茶、洋甘菊、茉莉花茶……等等,老婆杯洋甘菊稍稍淡,亦未知喺出自咩品牌,因为,若以酒店级嚟讲,一般奉上嘅热茶大多数都喺以壶上,但佢哋只喺晌你面前斟下一杯就算。甜品旁仲有生果吧,数款生果中,啲香桃十分鲜甜清爽,但最估唔到嘅喺有红酒烩梨,做得梨甜酒香,晌成餐饭嘅结尾来一小碗鲜果拼盘,清新一下之余,又帮助吓消化。闲静嘅环境确喺让人更可用心细尝食物嘅味道,而半自助形式嘅午餐,一系列意式前菜,可以食到多种精选食材;最后以多款自选特色甜品作结,让客人渡过一段悠闲而味美嘅午饭好时光。但服务方面,则有点保留,好似餐汤、热茶,都给人有种唔大方嘅感觉;另外,海风餐厅屹立多年,储埋唔少熟客,其实经理、店员跟熟客「打牙骹」我喺唔介意,饮食要有啲交流,不过,不停「打牙骹」而忽略对其他客应有嘅基本服务,以及「打牙骹」讲到兴起嘅声浪而骚扰到其他客人,就值得留意吓,故此,服务喺俾得较低分嘅一栏!

Still one of my favorite Italian restaurant. I love the great variety of appetizer and desserts. One thing that can be improved is the bread which would be nice if it is served warm. After struggling for a while if I should take only starter and dessert, I decided to go for a 3-course set. I chose snapper which is crispy though a bit over cooked. Parma ham with melon and beetroot salad are must try items. Overall it was a satisfying lunch to kick off the holiday!
