I'm disappointed. I'll jump straight into what's wrong. Sometimes, staff charge the wrong price for the dish I ordered. There's a difference between eating in and taking away. Next, after I pay for my order, they then tell me my dish is out of stock. I'm not the only customers they've say and done this to. Trying to persuade me to change my order isn't good ethics either as they make it difficult when I want a refund. Tell me before I pay. If you tell me after I paid in full, I have this expectation of the food I want is going to be made. Sometimes, it's like 10 minutes later as I would have gone for a walk around the block instead of waiting. Have a better communication between the kitchen staff and outside staff.
I've ordered from this place a few times. But it's always the same mistake over and over again. I'll order elsewhere from now.
