行經此店，見到門口有個大招牌*叉燒蛋飯*😻超級吸引，於是入內試試，果然有水準👍叉燒肥瘦各半， 入口咬落口感滑淋👍👍🎊。忍唔住叫多隻燒鵝脾瀨粉， 一樣無失望🥰🥰🥰店舖環境舒適

經過門口以為係一間普通燒臘店,入到裏面有驚喜👍👍乾淨企理, 而家好少燒臘餐廳坐位咁舒服🤗🤗 燒味超級好味😋😋尤其炸乳鴿叉燒, 價錢超抵性價比高 ,值得推介畀朋友👍👍

灣仔燒臘店比比皆是，較出名如再興，都不外如是。今次試下呢間係wet market 裡面既燒味，可能環境ma ma day, 所以唔多人。下午茶時段更加空無一人。係外賣平台叫左個燒鵝米粉，冇錯係燒鵝，唔係燒鴨，都只係30個大洋，簡直難以置信。番到屋企打開，驚見咁多肉，雖然油左少少。不過30元，真係抵到呢！叫米粉變左河粉，唔緊要，菜心有五條搭夠。平時其他燒味檔，通常比得一兩條菜咋。美中不足，真係湯底太油，搞到成口油呢！

午飯時間, 小弟一個人想吃燒味, 就專程過來這間吃吃 小弟一進出去, 近門口已有位置, 話不二說就坐下, 姐姐立即送上老火湯一碗一直以來小弟偏愛燒鴨飯, 就要來一碟單併飯誰知送來一碟賣相超好, 就忍不住拍下一張 ..... 如圖我最喜歡皮夠膿, 脆口, 咬下去有油走出來, 而且啖啖肉, 真心是極品 ! 

灣仔區這條街是街市，亦有食店，好似呢間燒味店，經營多年䇄立不倒，我食過好幾次，整體食物不錯，只係環境冇咁企理，所以較少OL來幫襯，亦都因為呢個原因就會容易有位，大部份一入即坐，0分鐘等位好爽。今次叫的叉燒燒肉雙拼飯，欣賞燒肉的皮脆到有聲，肉質有咬口，叉燒不會硬也不會乾身，仲有青豆作配菜，不錯。我個人鍾意加葱油，咸咸地送飯一流。老實，味道不差，有飯有湯4o大洋絕對唔貴，加埋灣仔區食晏唔使等位就可以入去食，性價比高。

在灣仔區返工……每天經過唔同燒味店買外賣……大大話話都試左4至5間……無論湯到飯都好滿意……價錢抵又有湯送……飯香味夠……油雞夠滑……比起其他有頭頭尾尾來煲例湯既店……依間係有瘦肉有瓜煲來的清甜……值得一試

灣仔燒味店越來越小！其實整個香港燒臘店都所剩無多，只剩下大集團的燒味店，感覺可惜而毫無選擇。小店是我的首選幫襯，可能其口感老味可口新鮮，不是公式化千篇一律，索然無味口感！而小店燒味真正燒功油滑，新鮮貨源，始終如一，是正宗老香港燒味口味，名副其實，不是浪得虛名，頂瓜瓜！

一放工, 緊張地去安排今晚的一段小插曲之前, 3點呀.....總要食個飯. 在灣仔街市那兒, 身在石水渠街, 就不如就地一問燒臘檔, 就地解決, 又快, 又不會太難食. 有時中午獨個兒食飯, 又快又好食最好. 店內無人, 問老細是否入面堂食已關門, 佢話未....下下生滿人我唔駛係度做生意囉. 我發達開間大D既......老細真風趣. 一坐低, 二話不說了, 見有大頭燒鵝又同鴨同價, 叉鵝飯一碟, 簡簡單單. 先送上一碗例湯, 西洋菜湯一碗, 充滿湯渣熱辣辣的送上, 食飯時, 不忘夾多條菜同煲湯肉. 叉鵝飯, 有點嫌汁不夠多, 普通的叉燒未算肥美, 燒鵝有點瘦, 食落又唔算酋既. 不過, 風趣的老闆, 不時好 local 地叫賣, 又同員工粗口大談, 你X我, 我X你. 看得到佢同街坊們好親切, 但未必個個會 Buy, 起碼個大姐員工, 好似唔係幾 Like. 快快趣食飽, 過隔離街買支花, 過去天下太平交低, 才安心去辨自己的事.
