Dinner. 9 seats round a U shaped counter. Chef noted that restaurant also had branches in Singapore and Malaysia.Lovely terrace.Here’s what we had. Oyster from 有明海+象拔蚌+ WakameAbalone with liver sauce; chef gave us each a blob or rice to soak up all the liver sauce. Ankimo (鮟肝/monkfish liver)- goodOctopus- very tender. Hoikkado crab左口魚邊, slightly torched on the sides鹽燒白金鯛針魚金目鯛小肌 marinated with yuzu sauce for 2 hours. Good enough for me; PickyEater preferred still more acidic (which is def not for everybody).TunaToro wrapped over shiso leaf北寄貝 weighing 300g池魚UniEelMiso soup with clams Tamago- pudding style; just the way I like it. Fruits as dessert.In summary: skilled and friendly chef. With the terrace, should be fun to book up the whole place for group gathering.

今日同朋友一齊食Lunch一入去有小小去左日本感覺地方簡潔擺設有小小博物館feeI眼見最多得1O個位食物幾啱我口味前菜有烏鱼籽蒸蛋鮟康魚肝同生配水雲(如果下次再去食有白子就好了)熟食方面係鲛鲽煮聖護院大根好食寿司方面好新鮮師傅張啲寿司料排到好整齊十件寿司有九件都係我愛食的又其係小肌北海道海膽同穴子寿司之後係太卷,玉子日本蜆麵豉湯同密瓜(最開心有个個露台可以出去食煙😆😆😆正正正可以光明正大咁呼吸新鮮空氣)

private hidden gem right opposite central market / the centre a small 10 seater sushi cpunter with a nice balcony the chef is from Sushi Saito in Four Seasons Hotel used to work for Kenichi Fujimoto high quality very legit traditional omakase at a very decent price $2580 highlight of the meal was the ankimo and the eel , and the abalone liver sauce on rice! i tried it once with 1 friend, and we just booked again for a 10 people party . definitely recommend to all! maximum can sit 10, 9 people very comfortable
